Haemul Pajeon
4 portions
| Ingredients |
200g Korean pancake mix
200g tempura flour
500ml Icy cold water or sparkling water or both
4 large eggs (1 egg each for Dongnae pajeon, 2 eggs for a mixed version)
200g calamari rings
200g medium sized prawns
10 sprigs Asian scallions (or 5 scallions)
6 sprigs garlic chives
1 red chili
Some vegetable cooking oil
Dipping sauce
3 TB soy sauce
2 TB water
1 TB rice vinegar
1/2 TB sesame oil
1 TB chopped onions
1 TB chopped spring onions
1 TB Gochukaru (Korean chili flakes)
