Believe u me,if she was speaking in Korean she would be running that motor mouth like an Asian obasan ajumma or lao tai poh..... I once had a poker friend who ran poker games at his house who lived with his grandma who could literally hold two hour long one way conversations with u.

I made this for the first time ever today, I was excited and always feel motivated to cook when I watch these videos. I cooked a big meal for my cousin and friend. I am not a great cook, but I loved how easy this recepie was to follow. I am happy everyone loved the meal I made, and I have been asked to make more. A proud moment for me. And the fact I didn't burn anything is a plus hahaha! I can't wait to try out more recipes for my family and friends.

over 2 years ago i made this seafood pancake with my boyfriend and his friend. it was so delicious! this was one of the last "good times" before covid hit and we all had to isolate. thank you Maangchi for giving us a yummy meal and lovely memories

I made this tonight (a little different to accommodate ingredients I already had) and my whole family love them! Even my baby who is starting baby led weaning! So delicious! It tastes as good as it looks! I'm so stoked. This will probably become a regular on our menu!

I cooked this recipe for dinner tonight, it came out excellent. I used organic whole wheat flour instead of flour, it’s healthier. Flour and rice are too much starch, they turn into sugar in our body. Thank you for this wonderful recipe, my family enjoyed it.

I made this but substituted cod for squid (hard to find here) and it was fantastic! It fried easily with oil and a non-stick pan. I ate them with a dollop of sour cream. Thanks for a great taste.
