Punk painted a picture of himself being in control (emotionally) and teaching a kid a lesson, and letting go when Joe politely asked. Reality is far different. Perry was calm and passive and Punk attacked him while he had his hands in his hair. Punk was wild and out of control. He even lunged for Tony. Punk omitted so many things. In an effort to make himself look better. Now Perry is selling out merch, and owned Chicago crowd last night. Getting positive chants and cheers even.

If you've been involved in these type of situations You'll Always Find that people we'll have a different perspective depending on their vantage point. Take Tony Khan for instance, he witnessed this happen and had CM Punk scream at him "you're a clown, I quit" and thought he was in a life-threatening situation. Punk, who despite his unsuccessful MMA career has been involved in a lot of MMA training with high-level martial artists at the Duke Roufus gym saw Samoa Joe jumping in as he did as Joe asking politely for Punk to let go jungle boys scrawny neck. Whereas if Samoa Joe jumped at you like that you would probably be saying something similar to Tony Khan 🤷‍♂️ it's all just a matter of perspective

He was a respected in ring worker, respected by his peers, moved into booking, got a ton of praise for NXT (which Vince then almost ruined) and since moving into overseeing everything has really had WWE being amazing. Attacking the dude based on his real marriage, when he's shown clearly its not because of that he's actually very good at his job.....was a silly route to take from AEW, it was made worse by the fact they used TV time to do it, but I think even on a podcast would have fallen flat. CM Punk on the podcast worked, because it was ..true. Acting like HHH hasn't proven he can and should have the job he has...is just not back up in reality.

A "Oh, cry me a river chant." His merch is selling out. Ratings went up on Wed. Mania talk drowned out. AEW had all the attention when they announced all their 2024 PPV dates and locations. Perry needed the accessories (flag/jacket) on his entrance to introduce/remind fans & those watching on TV/stream of what he was involved in because he is still feeding from the last scraps that are left. (Imagine this push going on while CM Punk was in AEW & how that could have challenged the bloodline story in ratings) What Perry does after these events will determine the success or failure of it. They made wwe punk and triple h look good the other night. They haven't talkin about showing this for awhile wtf they just said they were showing it a week ago today.

Isn't that 81k record AEW claimed at All In were already fact-checked last year? I remember some said that the turnstile count was off the 81k a few weeks after All In and at 70k+. Or was it Dave Meltzer still remain on that 81k based from AEW claims?

they claim to have sold 81K tickets but attendance was not 81K. It's weird that they want to boast about fans not turning up to a show.

@@KeepinIt100OFFICIAL I see. They need to solve this problem properly as recent results particularly within the main US market, AEW struggles to sell tickets now. Recent AEW Collision/BotB shows combined were said to be under 2k tickets sold. Thanks for sharing your opinion on the CM Punk/Jack Perry All In short fight. It does sound like Punk said mostly right about what happened with All In when he was interviewed by Ariel Hewlani during MMA Hour show and I've watched the whole interview.
