Embarrassing himself is what Tony does with every other tweet. He clearly didnt know what he was signing up for with pro wrestling. Because he was just a mark fan that wanted to book matches like he did as a kid. And he wanted to be everyones friend ect. But a boss cant operate like that in his company. Its one thing if you like or are friends with some of your talent. But that position requires a ability to separate the two. As soon as Punk went off the rails at that press event tony should have taken his mic and ended that interview and then pulled him and the elite aside and told them knock this shit off right now or face the consequences. Instead he sat there like a deer in headlights as Punk set AEW on fire and walked out eating muffins. Only to then bring him back and thought it would end anyway but how it did when that event would have split the locker room in two with the bucks side and his. Accountability starts at the top. AEW has none.

Tony can't take any kind of constructive criticism and dismissed it as everyone always being negative. His fans that he gets riled up by it back him as being able to do no wrong and have been convinced that anything that isn't positive is just not true and it all great. This is why WWE doesn't respond constantly to the negative comments or criticism as they try and focus on themselves. Tony needs to get off of social media and stop replying to everything negative and get someone handling the PR side. He is trying to micromanage every aspect of his company. Also if someone's opinion is so irrelevant then why take offense to it and reply in the first place?

The AEW fans are exactly the same. This is the problem with the company, nobody is willing to talk about the problems. Anybody that brings up the problems, is just fake outrage or hating. Things are slowly going downhill in AEW, and if people do not address the problems. Then it's going to keep going in the exact same direction. However, the problems can't be addressed, because nobody wants to admit that they even exist. Talking about it, would be the first step to fixing it. But we can't talk about it, because then we're just hating. I could probably come up with five problems straight off the top of my head without even thinking about it. But I won't mention the specifics because I'll be attached for that lol.

Starting from unfocused gaze and unkempt appearance, to the point that he gets laser focused on what HE thinks, and totally ignores anyone trying to talk to him otherwise. Even if its Danielson. b) Disco. I know you never were WCW World Champ. But I always enjoyed your storylines and matches. I remember how you put a mask on and pretended that you are luchadore in a battle royal (which you WON). I remember how you invented a new submission and then pretended during matches you forgot how to put it on. I also remember how crisp and precise everything you did looked. Sure, you never went for 450 splash. But nowadays we have people doing 450 splash, and yet they can't do snap suplex without looking sloppy. I always was and still am your fan. Still remember your theme song, believe it or not. THANK YOU for good matches, and many laughs in the ring. The good thing is that you were not a niche wrestler. You could do funny things one match, make us all laugh and next match you literlly would beat the dogshit out of your opponent, to the point that we, who were watching at my friends house (most of us didn't have cable so we watched WCW at buddies house who did have it), and we were going "Maan, you never should piss off this dude." THANK YOU SO MUCH. DISCO. And I am sure that we have more to thank you for, but most of us do not know just how much work you did backstage.
