He showed perfectly how to handle all of it really. Obviously it was nice just how much he spoke on which I figured would never happen. But on what he couldn’t speak about he at least offered some idea of why he couldn’t over how Tony handled it way back. And I appreciated when he acknowledged that he expected it to be brought up and wasn’t going to waste Ariel’s time. That was the issue I had with TK and his handling of it where he wasted so much time with their discussion. It would be one thing if he’d made Ariel aware of things prior to booking an interview and Ariel chose to have him on anyways, fully knowing that Tony wouldn’t speak on the events to any degree. Then it’s on Ariel. But not making that clear, knowing full well it would be brought up, and wasting someone’s time is just lame. Such a diffference in setting the guidelines up front and the ball being in Ariel’s court on what to do versus what they actually did.

Steven P New and Jim Cornette have been good friends for many years and has worked for Jim and is one of Jim's advertisers on his podcasts, just in case you aren't familiar with them. As Steven P New represented Punk and Ace, he would have had to speak with everyone involved and know all sides. As Punk said in the interview , the NDA he signed was not for something he did wrong and they got everything they wanted from Tony and Tony just wanted them to sign NDAs to protect the Bucks and whoever was involved with that brawl, agents were involved as well.

As a genuine AEW fan I think there’s also a lot of mental illness among the die hards. When real fans who support the company, buy the ppv events and merch are saying the product stinks and it’s getting worse by the week, and it’s clear by the empty arenas and viewership that most people agree, they persist and continue saying how great everything is. It’s almost like political tribalism where neither side can admit their party or their candidates faults because they think it shows some kind of weakness or admission of being wrong. It’s just gross.

CM Punk said what we all have been saying for years. But when anybody else said it, they were labelled as "irrelevant" or "out of touch" etc. Now that Punk said it, it adds much more validity to those claims about AEW. It's shocking that some people still hate Punk for speaking the truth. He didn't even bury AEW, he spoke good stuff about AEW as well.

With all respect to you guys, bischoff and russo - Cornette has been taking it right on the chin with these internet wrestling guys since day 1. I’ve been a big fan of his podcast since before AEW. He was getting blistered but never backed down and after almost 6 years he’s been proven 100% correct on everything he said. Listen to his stuff from 4-5 years ago about AEW. He literally sounds like a prophet he’s so accurate.

If Vince McMahon is innocent, he still fell for the same trap as Trevor Bauer and Andrew Tate (regarding consent). If you’re going to do “consensual non-consent” with a girl, you better know she’s game for that type of behavior no matter what she says she’s cool with prior.

Doesnt matter if the love letter is real or coerced. Vince was already on thin ice with other past allegations before Grant made it public. Vince forced himself back last time or else he wasnt gonna sell, TKO kept him around in spite of that, but Vince was on thin ice, and after Grant came out, TKO could no longer ignore or overlook Vince. Slim Jim threatened to end their sponsorship, and Im sure other sponsors were gonna follow suit, and that forced TKO to get rid of Vince. Not saying Grant is totally innocent, she was a consenting adult who blew the whistle when Vince didnt honor their deal, or TKO for that matter, they kept Vince around knowing his history of sexual allegations, until it affected thier bottom line with sponsors. I dont feel sorry for any of them

I tuned into AEW once. The ring exploded, and I sat there and thought to myself, what the fuck is that all about? I’ve never bothered to go back to it 🤷🏽‍♂️

Cm punk, corny, bischoff and most definitely K100 have been right about the many, many issues with AEW and its tiny but loud fan base. It’s great to see the rest of the IWC start to wake up and recognize that Disco and Konnan were right all along.

We live in a crazy world where people would rather be right , than look at something objectively and try to understand different points of view . This is a sad situation that could've been worked out, but fans would rather be in a tribal than look at the big picture

from the beginning , Grant was only upset she didn’t get her promised money. That was the first thing from her camp , the IWC ran with that and made up the whole evil Vince stuff. Grant was fine with all the disgusting stuff as long as Vince paid her.
