That's exactly why this shit keeps happening......criminals know they can kill someone and likely get let out eventually as long as they make a plea deal. They're gonna get their 3 meals and somewhere to sleep each night. In some prisons they get TV and internet and other accommodations. They can also score drugs in prison. There's not much to deter them from violent crimes when odds are they do MAYBE 10-20 and get out

Ok I’m new to this case but from what I’ve seen I don’t understand why you guys are saying it was a hate crime. Not once have I seen where they were targeted because of their race. Now I agree that the case didn’t receive much coverage but that would be a race issue with the Jewish millionaires who run America. This was a horrific case and completely unnecessary but I just don’t see it as a hate crime.

Yep. It seems crazy that most people seem to beleive that people like them should suffer more than the victims, which always means death at a minimum, yet the death penalty is used less and less and is allowed in fewer states all the time. How can that be when most people want these killers to suffer as much or more than the victims? Doesn't make sense to me. Anybody against death for the killer must be fine with having a loved one murdered and then associating with the killer.

This happened in my hometown. My cousin was actually the police officer to find her, he ended up retiring after because of how gruesome it was. They’ve had to relive this SEVERAL times as the judge ( baumgardner) was actually found to have been using drugs during the not only this trial but several others. These monsters have appealed, been given chance after chance to be tried again an again. These families deserve for these monsters to be punished, an it be done. Channons father is such an amazing man, he’s done so much good in the aftermath of this. An Christopher’s parents too! I hope the last appeal they made was the LAST. The female that was involved tried to claim she was a victim too, but it was found she was also involved. I hope they rot in hell, an have to have done to them what was to these 2 beautiful young people.

They would take off in his car she would (please him) and they would drive to her hookup for more drugs. Sick Bastard. Even the people working with the judge saw him nodding off while on the bench and tried to say something. Think the judge fought for his pension and won. Travesty beyond words

Whether this is from far left groups, or neonazi types -- illustrated by this video where idiots were babbling about "race consciousness" as if that means anything. I remember this heinous crime. The prosecuting attorney ( a "progressive" prosecutor, and african american) stated that this wasn't a "hate crime". If five white men had attacked an african american couple and committed the heinous crimes the Knox County Five had committed, it would have been one of the worst HATE crimes in recent history. I am no stranger to hate crimes, having been the victim of a curb stomping by skinheads in my early twenties. This was one of the worst racist crimes I can remember being committed in my lifetime. It also opened my eyes to the "progressive agenda" put forth by minority candidates running for the office of prosecutor, bought and paid for by George Soros. They should all have been given Capitol punishment. It clearly shows the callous disregard for people not of brown or black color by the progressive movement, and what a danger they are to the community as a whole. It doesn't matter what color, race, gender, cultural or gender orientation, if you are not of a black or brown minority you will be seconded, or even disregarded by these so-called progressive prosecutors in favor of the minority criminal who committed the crime.
