I’m a professional chef with multiple degrees but the main two are culinary arts & pastry arts/candy making & I gotta say I’m impressed with her cupcakes, they’re so professional looking! Most people don’t even know how to properly hold a piping bag, let alone know how to use one without all the icing coming out the wrong end, but her piping skills are outta this world for her being so young! If she continues baking throughout her teen years she’ll be better than certified professionals by the time she’s an adult, not to mention would probably have a crazy successful baking business by the time she’s a young adult if she keeps it up, however I hope she does charge for her stuff because 1) it gets very expensive & 2) if she puts the profit aside she’ll have way more than enough to open her own shop as a young adult & even may have enough for what we in the food business call a “protection plan”. When opening a restaurant, basking shop, etc. you typically don’t make a single profit for the first 2yrs, if anything you’re constantly putting money into the business & you lose a lot of that money, that’s why more food related businesses fail & close their doors within the first 2yrs & tbh come yr 3 you’re lucky if you break even because you’re working your way outta that hole so you typically don’t make decent profit until yr 4/5 so it’s good to have a decent amount of money aside as a protection plan to keep the business from going under & closing its doors because if it fails you never get that money back, atleast if your profit is slow moving you’ll eventually make that money back in a few years, especially when the word about your business gets out & your customer base grows. Remember slow moving profit is better than no moving profit! I hope this bit of info helps somebody out there! If you read this all the way through I love you. ❤️

One of the best things was the integrated step stool in the cabinet kickplate. They didn't show in the reveal. Also they already had a huge fridge. Only one bigger would have been industrial and that would be a waste of space and overkill for a residential kitchen.

Long ago, if I heard, in a professional environment, a person introduced like, "and here's our lovely designer," I wouldn't have blinked. Now I know that it puts value in the person's appearance in an inappropriate way. A man wouldn't be introduced as a "handsome designer."

George if you are calling that little dust mask a respirator you better go back and get a much better education. At best that little free hand out you picked up at the hard ware store might work for lite dust. You looking for respirator's I want to see a pair of two stage filter's along with an adjustable head and neck strap. With what you have now you might as well get a bandanna to wrap over your face and then play Cowboy's and Indian's.
