EMOTIONAL Home Renovation for Family of 9/11 First Responder | George to the Rescue

In the Season 14 premiere episode of 'George to the Rescue,' our team surprises the family of Tom Oelkers - a brave FDNY firefighter who spent most of his career at Ladder 44 in the Bronx and passed away from a World Trade Center-related illness - with a well-deserved renovation of their Long Island home.
Meet Erika Oelkers and her three amazing daughters: Camryn, Juliet, and Scarlett. Erika, who herself battled Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma after working in downtown NYC for four years after 9/11, remains the steadfast rock of her family as she helps her children navigate life in the wake of grief, while also lovingly caring for her eldest daughter, Camryn, who was diagnosed with RETT Syndrome and requires one-to-one assistance every second of her day. Despite the hardships she's had to take on, Erika continues to be a force of nature as a mother and a total inspiration in her community, especially when it comes to advocating for causes close to her heart such as Rett Syndrome Research Trust, Tunnel to Towers, and T.O. Family Foundation (the organization she established in memory of her late husband to support first responders and their loved ones).

So beautiful . I love her room with little seating area by the window so peace pretty in her room and din area was just so pretty.

How could anyone believe those news reports about the air being safe to breathe!!!!!! The terrorists attacked America in New York, not once, but twice when they took down the Twin Towers….. Yeah, it's still in my browser history, it's now set to private.. (/watch?v=IEn7sZz9orI) All good with reuploading, but this seems very scummy to put this forward as if it's a new episode, like we don't have memories or anything. I mean, the description isn't wrong, it is the premiere episode of Season 14, but it originally aired April 15th 2023, its like 7 months old. Not sure why they're re-releasing it.

Hi Mr.George, I'm surviving spouse, my husband was retire Army but passed away tow month ago, left me and an terrible fix upper house behind, I was tried looking some contractor help me to fixed my house, but hard to find out because people always cheating on me, I really need your help please!
