Wow, I've been trying to find a video on building subs and saw ur video from 5 yrs ago. I now understand a little bit. I want to rebuild my own special ones for a spl/sq setup. Spiders? Explain them please. Like soft vs. Hard and 1-8 layer meanings.... Cones? How do we buy. Some have huge surrounds some not. Voice coils.....flat wound all of that stuff. And motor. How much can the most commonly used ferrite motor single stack rms hold. I currently have 3 wolframs ad 10's subs dual 4ohms and they are rated for 1250watts rms. I feel these are the 1500watt rms subs as they weigh around 35lbs and are very similar to fhe fi 1500watt rms subs outta vegas. How could I make an awesome drop in for them that would provide a ton of sq and spl. Like the perfect combo. Thank u.

Do u have 110 mm bolt pattern baskets like a 12 spoke or a adapter that will fit other sizes to 110 mm?

How do you decide what parts to use and know how they will effect sound, enclosure, etc?

I have a question....I recently was sold one of these 15" silverbacks lloll and its failed up is it worth it to rebuild it or chunk it as a loss and keep on learning...I only give $30 for it and the rubber looks great just voice coil is trashed.....let me know what you would do....thanks a lot

Hey dude could you rebuild a Kicker C10? It was frozen when I got it. But I did the drop it on it's face method to get it unlocked, not the coil is scratching/rubbing.

Well that sucks I just threw my two Kicker CR-V because this guy that is well-known( EMF speaker guy)on another Channel told me that it couldn't be rebuilt and i should just throw it away! in the comment section haha I held on to those speakers for like 2 years after a stereo shop had blown them with a bad amp installation along with the dd dm 2500 amp

The motor was salvaged from a Kicker CVR 15", I put a 12" 12 spoke frame on it.
