Had a really impressive showing on their events in the WSM qualifier too last year, in a very competitive group. Looking forward to seeing them in more high level contests!

He came 7th at WSM 2020 and 4th at the Shaw Classic 2021. Definitely can’t wait to see him compete more, he’s one of the best strongmen in the world

Not to mention you have to walk 6 inches or so before you even get to the measures section of the floor. It's technically a different event from the actual Dennies because you're walking on a smooth gripped surface here compared to loose gravels, but by no means am I trying to discount this. Insane feat of strength from Kevin.

I noticed a lot of competitors wearing Evolution Athletics gear. Even though Brian Shaw wasn't there his brand was still being represented.

@@johnmadison4040 The only ea piece I have is the soft belt which helps me a lot especially with my deadlift

Loz is still the record holder for outdoors on original stones.

Yeah, there was mention of the weight may be distributed differently, plus outside was gravel to walk on.

he used hook grip...i didnt know that was allowed. but the dude is a beast for moving those stones that far far

@@hunsinger i wasnt trying to take away from the feat of strength. OP just commented on his grip strength, but hook grip makes it exponentially easier on the grip. Dint get me wrong, the feat itself is very impressive

@BERSERKER Yes. Loz hopes to go to the bridge and attempt the bridge walk. Sometime this year. He said he’s going to train for it

@@jacobsvetich8735 Mateusz’s grip isn’t the best, but he moves so fast he doesn’t have to hold things as long. For example, Martins has a better grip, but Matuesz finished the timber carry in less than half the time
