btw, if you do it with shift rather than air roll, u end up landing slightly sideways unless u 'uncancel' the cancel near the end, if u just wonna hold the cancel the whole way through you can't use shift to air roll, use q or e and correct with a or d respectively near the end of your flip. the inputs look like this: d(short tap)->w+q(hold)->w(slide)s(hold)->a->w(hold as you land). Doing it this way you land at the ball earlier on kickoff and have more time to correct yourself. (thnx to my coach Sleepy for helping me figure this out)

Thanks to your videos. I've got this right with practice. Right now I'm trying to figure out how double flip resets work for kbm. I cant really get the second reset for some reason. And not many videos on this asepct in kbm. Would be kind enough for you to guide me on that if you have it figured out. Much love and thanks brother ❤

Evample has a really simple double flip reset for kbm players, 100% recommend to give that a look.

Is there something I can practice this on? For example go from point A to point B in x number of seconds. And that x number of seconds can be done only by speed flipping and not by regular front flipping..because IM struggling to recognize if I am doing it right or no

You can do it with Q and E too, thats how I started to learn it. I stopped doing it that way because I found I had moments where I was needing to press A or D after the flip and realized I can just be already pressing it.

Yea I hold shift which is my directional airroll so holding A/D does the same thing as Q and E for me. The landing late at the ball could be because you're holding boost through the start of the training pack (unless you mean late to kickoff) or it could be because you're flipping too late or even too early. I'd honestly have to see it to know but holding Q/E or A/D shouldn't make a difference for the speed. I just find it easier to transition to other mechanics/recovering to use A/D.

my nose is pointing at the ground and hitting the ground and im not getting the 45 degree angle, how can i fix this (i use w a for speedflipping)

If you're on kbm then when you do a diagonal flip you can only flip at 45 degrees. Do W+A (or W+D if pref) and slide your finger to S as quick as you can. Even if you do that slide from W to S slowly it is still a speedflip. Everything after is just refining. If you're hitting the ground with your nose then you can wait to get a bit higher before doing your flip but the reason you are hitting the ground is probably because you are not switching from W to S fast enough. The only way I can find to make my nose hit the ground every time is doing the speedflip slide from W to S slowly while from a standstill. If that's what you're doing then the W-S slide can be faster. The average speed it takes me to execute a flip cancel after starting my initial flip is 42.2 ms. (did 10 flips, my fastest was 25 ms, my slowest was 58 ms)

Well if you're on KBM and you do W+A for a diagonal flip then you're half way there. Just drag your finger down from W to S after flipping and you're doing it. It doesn't have to be good, try and slow it down as much as you can bear to. Good execution comes from thousands of repitions, you got this.

I'm using a wooting two HE but before that I was using the corsair k70/k65 which I also really like. I recommend just finding a mechanical keyboard you like the look/feel of and sticking with that. Hope that helps.

i can do a speed flip. my motion is right. but my nose keeps hitting the ground. even when i do a diagonal flip my nose hits the ground. im getting so fucking sick of it

Might be because you're flipping too quickly, let your car jump a little higher before flipping

It's the same mechanic and there are a lot of different ways to go for kickoff. The general ways that players go for kickoff with a speed flip is: > Diagonals If you're on a left diagonal kickoff then speedflip with a right diagonal flip, land, flip straight into the ball as best you can. Invert if you're on the opposite side. > Straight ahead while car is slightly offset: If you're offset to the left, briefly turn right in towards the first small pad, jump, while in the air turn left away from where your car is going, then speedflip right so you land at the second small pad that is infront of the ball. Invert if you're on the opposite side. > Straight ahead: Speedflip in the direction you like most. Hope that helps, I'd recommend getting the mechanic down outside of kickoff first and watching how your favorite pro goes for kickoff.

Jump into the air and slightly tilt your car backwards with S. Then do W+A slide to S. If you execute the flip cancel immediately you shouldn't have to tilt backwards but for learning it's not bad to do. It's happening because the pitch down bind is W so the moment the jump happens the car's nose is being pushed into the ground. You can also adjust for the nose hitting the ground by jumping higher with a longer held right click before executing the speedflip.

You might need one yea, I've never tried it on a non mechanical kb so there might be some key rollover issue or the keyboard can't send the inputs fast enough. Sorry I can't help more than this.
