Amber was being asked questions while on the stand during the trail. She was answering a question and accidently mentioned Kate Moss by full name. That allowed Johnnys legal team to call her to the stand to testify to prove Amber lied about him throwing her down the stairs.

It’s not even enough to just “give his career back”. Damage was done and that can’t be reversed, it can be halted but we can never go back in time. I’m hoping this is a lesson going forward for everyone that just because a woman comes out accusing a man of something doesn’t mean that she’s being honest. It doesn’t mean there should be instant distrust but before ruining a guys life things need to be proven in the court of law. Stuff like this can’t happen. Because it happens often, to guys that aren’t as wealthy and famous as Depp, those guys never get any justice.

All of his exes confirmed there was never any abusive behavior towards them. They were all in much longer relationships with him than her. That does say a lot about the kind of man he is and how much of a vindictive liar that thing is.

Amber's personality is what makes it very difficult and impossible for me to believe her. She's just not the type of person who would ever tolerate someone abusing her in any way possible, secondly her personality would have gotten her killed with an actual abuser. Recordings of her laughing in Johnny's face while he calmly told her to stop laughing at him, there is no scenario where a viscous/violent abuser like she painted him would have let that slide and there is no way a victim would ever taunt their abuser in that manner.

I can't believe how nearly everyone really believes he will or even stands any chance of winning this case regardless of whether he is innocent or not. She only needs one juror on her side. I had to do the same with my ex recently. His soon to be ex wife cheated on him and accused him of SA when he brought the divorce papers. I am a victim of SA but never by him. She brought me up and I was allowed to testify on his character and the kind of loving person he is. He told me that no one truly understands how amazing it feels when an ex comes to your defense. He left me for her and I still showed up without a second though. As soon as I heard I was allowed to testify I was ready to go. I haven’t missed a single court date, I have been there to support him since that moment. I didn’t go initially out of respect as I am the ex, but once I was brought up that changed and I have his back fully. I bet Johnny felt exactly how my ex felt when I testified. And I felt so proud to stand up for him and it felt so good to look her in the eye and shut down her lies with the truth.

The mere fact that Kate Moss was eager to testify - she EASILY could have ducked this - on behalf of Johnny should speak VOLUMES to anyone with an open mind.

I’m not psychic but I’ve been a better judge of character since breaking up with my narcissist x girlfriend and I can see right thru Ambers façade. Her body language, Rambling, Lies, Lack of true emotion, greed, record of domestic abuse (as an abuser) Desire for Johnnys money, cheating, Jumping to Elon Musk and then admitting he meant nothing to her etc. How can you date someone (rich) and be so careless about their emotions while pretending to like them? That's actually not true. She is a huge Johnny Depp supporter from the start and wanted to testify. It's just that she, along with past exes from both parties, was not deemed relevant to the case. In my opinion this lady has been itching to BURY this witch to the ground, much like all of Johnny's exes. All it took was the witch to utter her name, and she was summoned like a familiar spirit awakened from her slumber to devastate the oppressor. Kate Moss actually did want to be dragged in to this. She wanted to testify that J.D. never pushed her down any stairs. The problem was that this story was not relevant to the Depp v Heard case so her testimony was not allowed. However, in a hilarious twist, Amber Heard mentioned the Kate Moss stair rumor during her testimony and made the story relevant to the case, thus allowing Kate Moss to testify.

Kate Moss and Johnny Depp started their relationship when Amber Heard was 8 years old. 😮

Oof… I wouldn’t say it was a healthy relationship, they’ve openly admitted it was filled with drugs & alcohol. Moss had to go to rehab because it got so bad. But they clearly had a relationship where they loved/ respected one another.

Kate Moss speaking about this and setting the record straight gives me hope for this world. Amber went from being adament that she was told this by two people, to "Just heard a rumor", to "hearing a vague rumor" as she tried to distance herself and it became more clear it would be disproved. Amber is a scary, dangerous person and I find this whole thing very triggering. Her actions are despicable and victimize every legitimate survivor out there.

Kate Moss will be remembered as a person of integrity. What a class act. Edit: And she still got it too!

I love how the "sweet and innocent" mask on Amber's face fell right off when Kate's testimony was about to start. All the anger, all the hate, all the pretentiousness came right up. She knows darn well that this testimony was the final nail in her coffin. She was caught lying over and over again under oath. Her credibility is dead and buried.

When one of Amber Heard's main lines of defense is that Depp pushed somebody else down teh stairs, and that somebody else blows that out of the water (and very brave of Kate Moss to testify), what can she possibly have left?

I liked how he slightly smiled at the screen of her as she ended her statement.
