Johnny Depp's friend gets emotional talking about Amber Heard

Johnny Depp Amber Heard trial: At one point, Baruch got emotional, stating that Heard needs to "take responsibility and move on." He said he never saw violence from Johnny Depp. "His family has been completely wrecked by all of this stuff, and it's not fair," Baruch said. "It´s not right, what she did. ... It's insane."
But Heard´s lawyers have said the evidence will show that Depp physically and sexually assaulted Heard on multiple occasions. And they've argued that Depp's denials lack credibility because he frequently drank and used drugs to the point of blacking out and failing to remember anything he did.

Depp is just trying to save his career. The burden to prove that she lied is much higher in this case. And he lost the Newspaper Lawsuit that actually was easier to win. In order to win, he has to show that Amber lied and the Sun Newspaper proved she didn't. The youtube comments by people who don't understand law are funny.

There is certainly no shortage of character references being provided by those whom have known Johnny Depp over the years. Johnny’s generosity has extended beyond the reaches of most ability to comprehend. His efforts to reach out to others with perhaps the kindness of a smile or a hug. It is difficult to challenge his efforts when there never seems to be a motive other than his caring heart. It was heart breaking to hear the words of his best friend as his lips quivered while explaining the truth of what he has been witness to. The sickening obsession of one woman’s efforts to destroy his friend life. Without a single care on her behalf as to the full repercussions of her lies. This testimony has been one of the saddest, honest and telling that I believe we will ever hear through out this trial. It is the sum of all that Amber Heard has devised to carry out her twisted gold diggers plot to destroy a kind, loving man’s life with designs of taking everything he has away from him.. simply because he fell in love with her. Surely there has never been a more devious , self-consuming, heartless attempt to devise such a diabolic tale of lies that somehow still is weaving its tenicles through out the world that attempts to beg to be believable. It is time to stop her trail of lies and bring about a end to this now before it spins out of control. Time to shut down the Amber Show. Make her face her lies once and for all while the world celebrates in the death of a monsters tale of woven lies and selfishness .

She's gone to great lengths to fabricate & manufacture her victim story. Thank goodness the truth is revealing itself. Her scheme has backfired as she's created a lascivious legacy of destruction. She needs to come clean, own her 💩, make amends where & as possible without causing further harm. And she needs to do community work with truly abused victims of DV-- altho she may be incapable of empathy as she's clearly disconnected from her heart & soul. Yesterday, when someone who was in court told me that Elaine was crying after closings, I really felt sorry for her. I mean, I know that it was her decision to take this woman as a client, but I saw so many rude jokes about Elaine all over the internet, I can't even imagine what the whole legal team of AH is going through right now. They are doing their work, every person deserves to have a lawyer. They have families, friends, parents, and I think that if it was my mom who made a mistake and took this client, It would be really heartbreaking for me to see all these jokes and attacks in every social media. I understand that its not popular opinion, but I was really sad that Elaine was in tears yesterday. But when I am watching this video (for 10000 time), or video where Elaine is mocking JD in a very disgusting way ... It is just so sad that she needs to be like that with people who don't do anything wrong to her. Contradictory feelings.

I can also imagine how exhausting it is to have a client like Amber. Her legal team is making errors that they probably never would make with another client, because Amber is pulling the strings and they have to follow her wishes to a certain degree. No way in hell would they have put her on the stand a second time if it were up to them, I'm betting that Amber's ego was too big to not have the last word and it caused her to sink the ship even more. Elaine is very rude sometimes and does make a lot of mistakes (From what I've read she isn't really used to being in court), but I'm sure Amber doesn't make it easy for her either.

the amount of times I’ve been told that I’m sensitive is really upsetting. I’m not “sensitive”, I’m just very open with my feelings, so when people mistreat me, yes, I will cry. It’s not because I cry at anything, it’ not because I’m sensitive. It’s because I emote. In the same way, it makes me upset that his emotional talk is considered “ranting and raving”. I fully agree with you edit: to clarify my point, just because someone is showing their emotions (specifically that they are upset/sad/hurt), it doesn’t invalidate their feelings. showing emotion isn’t a mark of getting easily offended or upset (i.e. being sensitive), and so it isn’t a mark of being _disproportionately_ upset. The fact that the man testifying was “””ranting and raving””” doesn’t make his testimony and his feelings on the matter any less true or valid, even though that’s what the attorney was trying to imply by calling it “ranting and raving” specifically

As someone who dealt w domestic abuse and was ACTUALLY hit by a man, what Amber did DISGUSTS me. Taking advantage of the system to get at him for something he never did. Ruining so many lives connected to him AND even for people like me who have gone through domestic violence by abusing the court system.

This completely average dude who is an artist had a far more moving and real display of heartbreak and emotion than the woman who is both an alleged victim of domestic violence AND a professional actress... that's all you need to know about who is telling the truth.

If she was "emotional" and displayed "heartbreak" you'd have said "it's complete acting"... We shouldn't be judging based on these superficial displays of emotions and ideally be hearing the facts and claims. And let the jury decide. Also, these things shouldn't be affecting our views of other people in our personal lives. They can hamper our sense of judgement.

When a grown man at this age breaks like this for a friend you just have to realize how bad it is in reality for Johnny, mad love and respect for this man, for standing up to his friend in front a wicked heartless woman like this lawyer and amber, this wasn’t a rant, this was just a moment of truth had to be out.
