  As an American, I'd like to know what exactly does a midwife do? We have medial doctors who specifically study in Obstetrics and Gynecology and they care for pregnant women. I was diagnosed a high risk pregnancy with complications and had my three children via Cesarean. Thank goodness for my doctors, because I made it to 34 weeks and my children were born healthy and I recovered without issues. 🙋🏻‍♀️🇺🇸
