COURTROOM FIREWORKS!! Johnny Depp's Bodyguard Sean Bett EXPOSES Amber Heard's LIES!
Andy Signore Popcorned Planet discusses the highlights from todays defamation Johnny Depp Defamation Trial / Amber Heard News - Sean Bett, Private Security For Johnny Depp and Dr David Kipper took the stand today. Popcorned Planet Andy Signore breaks today's events down.
Excerpt from the Daily Mail
'She is as full of s**t as a Christmas Goose!' Johnny Depp's texts to his doctor about Amber Heard are revealed as the actor sports a sleek ponytail and shades during second week of defamation trial
The court watched pre-recorded video deposition from Dr. David Kipper, a Beverly Hills doctor who treats celebrities for addiction and whose previous clients have included Ozzy Osborne
Depp hired him to treat him for opioid addiction in May 2014 and engineered a plan whereby he would detox on his island in the Bahamas
Kipper was asked about texts he exchanged with Depp. On March 7, 2015, Depp wrote, 'Hi f*ck man had another one. I cannot live like this. She is as full of s**t as a Christmas Goose'
Depp appeared in court with a new look Monday morning. The 58-year-old actor had his locks pulled back in a sleek ponytail and wore dark shades
His ex wife Amber Heard, 35, appeared with her blond curls swept to the side and wore a black suit

That is true. I think she did defame Johnny. The recordings and so forth. But, witnesses comments about what he heard Johnny say becomes hearsay and from a legal point of view that isn't kosher. My kiddo is an attorney and would be yelling objection over and over again. Johnny's team is doing a good job getting his side across. Not so sure about Amber's attorneys here. Not enough objections being raised I don't think it takes a legal expert or psychologist to know Johnny and Amber were just oil and vinegar as a serious relationship. I think that fiery passion was a dual edged sword with those two. Sad that it's gone this way. I feel for Johnny. He did some extraordinary things for my next door neighbor's daughter while she was in the make-a-wish foundation with terminal cancer. It was her dying wish to meet him and he went out of his way to be kind, thoughtful, generous, and a real sweetheart to Laura. Can't thank him enough for the joy he brought to her life before she passed. I don't know Amber. She could be a really nice person. I don't wish her any ill will. I feel badly this whole nightmare happened. He seemed happy with Vanessa. Wishhe had stayed with Vanessa and that he and ber were colleagues and collegial. It's such a shame.

I find it fascinating how this is such a landmark case because not only is it involving two actors but one of them is beloved by the entire world. But also because it will serve as a pathway for other men who have been abused to come forward and hopefully will set the precedent that not only that men are abused but also hopefully the courts and criminal justice system will open its eyes and see that men are people and should be treated as such.

It’s absolutely over for her! I remember my sons mother acting exactly like Amber. One time she threw these heavy ass 3” rubber soled shoes that chicks wore back in 2005 and nailed me! I stood up and walked towards her and she got so scared she ran across the street and called the police. Now i’d never ever raise a hand to another being but in that moment, the heat of a serious argument I truly knew and felt what a man feels when he’s about to hit a significant other. I just wouldn’t act on it I pro use you! The Pikuce came and she literally was saying she was scared and screaming “why did you do this to me!” I literally turned to an officer that refused to look me in the face and said Officer i swear to i never did anything, she was hitting me ,throwing heavy shit at me and not once did i do anything!” He said “shut your mouth and take it to court” Just then another male officer said we’re sick of dealing with shit! You should just let her leave! I was like what shit? We’ve never called you guys or needed you to be here! They said “she’s been to the station with her friend twice the last year so don’t try to bullshit me” I was like what? WTF are you talking about? About 6 months later we split and because we weren’t married I had no rights to my son what so ever! She wouldn’t let my family or me see him so I had to go to court and become adjudicated as his father. All the sudden her attorney is handing us police reports she gad filed with her friend Meagan Sullivan, yes i’m outing that lying monster! It was absolutely crazy and she did many many unbelievable, wretched shit on a level no man would ever stoop too! I’m talking insane lies in court all in an attempt to keep a Father from seeing his child. That’s how i unequivocally see Amber! Pure Evil at its absolute worst!

This whole trial shines light on the fact that it doesn't matter if you are male or female, domestic violence can and often does happen to both men and women. The whole stereotype of only men can be buttheads has been the norm for far too long. I'm not taking one side or the other. A person who is an actual victim of domestic violence, either gender, needs to stand up against the abuser. I understand that far far too often the victim is not always in a situation where they can do this without risking further violence. I, as a man who has never and will never treat anyone in this manner, will always speak out against domestic violence in every respect.

If Johnny had done anything at all to her it would have been due her bringing back all his childhood trauma and replicating it, he was older and finally strong enough to fight back from it. When Amber did those things he didn't see her, he saw his mother, and he didn't want his childhood to happen all over again. When childhood trauma is brought up you get scared, it's like you've blacked out, you can get violent because you want to protect yourself.

If you’re gonna have a god awful defense, at the very least you should try not to contradict yourself.

I mean there are dishonest cops out there, but I get feeling from him plus his body language that tells me he is telling the truth plus with multiple credible people united in this like Johnny's ex, children, body guard, friends, sister of the ex, people who work with him on set all voicing the same information... It is hard to discredit. If only one or two of them were on his side I would have my doubts but the sheer number is impressive. Hence why I doubt Amber 100% which is rare. I usually doubt both sides, but She only has a few people on her side and no evidence. Plus she gives me the vibes of being an awful person.

I knew these all to be false. She also took an overdose of Tylenol when I was six, which really scarred me for years. My mom would continue to threaten to take another OD of pills whenever she wanted attention or to otherwise manipulate me for the rest of her life. The sex between these two makes them forget the madness for a while, but, seems after the honeymoon is over, Amber is way too clingy and tried to control his every move. I hope they both learn from this and never look back. I can't wait to see who will be the next, Mrs. Depp.
