Johnny Depp lawyer: Amber Heard used same photo for 2 different alleged abuse incidents

Amber Heard faced intense cross-examination from Johnny Depp's attorney during the former couple's defamation trial in Fairfax, Virginia. Depp's attorney Camille Vazquez confronted Heard with two photos depicted the same image, but that she testified were different incidents. Heard asked to check the data on the photos to confirm they were the same. Depp's attorneys are trying to show that Heard fabricated abuse claims.

She does know what it means. It appears you are unfamiliar with the word "metadata" in this context. Typically, metadata refers broadly to information directly related to a digital file or data set, like photo's dimensions, a file type, date created, etc. Even if it isn't a court-specific term, she still didn't use it incorrectly, as the redacted info is literally metadata.

  • @Losnina13

    @Losnina13

    2 жыл бұрын

    EXACTLY! She remembered so many mundane details that never correlated to the “abuse.” That cherry picked around her actual testimony and implied much more of her OWN substance use than anything else. But suddenly she can’t remember which two versions of the SAME picture she presented to the jury belongs to? When you live through 5 years of abuse it becomes habit to you. The patterns, the violence, the destruction. If she was really being abused she would know exactly when it was going to start, the climax, and how it would end. Each and every time. It was HER OWN terstimony “I remember everything about the abuse. Every exact detail.” Memories of these specific instances don’t just melt together because it’s been 5 years. They get stronger until they start to overtake you and that’s ALL you can think about. Amber KNOWS her testimony is false. Johnny was planning to leave her in the dust, she was a no-name in the industry she dabbled in until Aquaman. So she came up with a plan to diminish his career so that Jets would succeed. Case closed your honor. The jury concludes that Johnny Depp is NOT an abuser, and the amount of 100 million dollars be awarded to Mr. Depp as of the end of this trial. COURT DISMESSED!

Your life is in the hands of the jury and praying that truth will prevail because there are no guarantees hence the uk trial. A nightmare you can't wake up from. I feel so bad for all victims of domestic and sexual violence. SHE doesn't even care or fathom the experience of being abused by their partner and how victims operate when dealing with an abuser. They certainly would not taunt, laugh, emasculate, hit, scream because wine was spilled, blackmail, give them a knife, begging for their abusers to come home. Please, give me a break. She is truly toxic, and vile. Until she admits that she does have a personalality disorder, and commits to lifelong treatment, I would not trust her to be a part of anyone's life and definitely not in a childs life. As long as she denies she has a problem there will be no mercy. There are so many people like this and it's important to understand the disorder and what it will take to help them. I don't think this is a set back for any movement but it's an opportunity to recognize people with these disorders, what they may be capable of and how they can get help.

(Unless you are lying 🤥) Real victims, real truth remains the same! All AH has done is lie, lie, lie…I’m a survivor 20+ years ago and I can still tell you to the T how those events transpired! And you can NOT put me in the same room with him and have me all looking at him and smirking etc never! Because society has blindly taken the female's side until this point. Johnny Depp is the FIRST male celebrity EVER to take a suit this far and is WINNING in front of the public. Society has automatically placed blame on the male in domestic violence situations. I personally know guys who have gone to jail because their gfs or wives have falsely accused them of abuse. When in reality it was the female instigating the ordeal assaulting and gaslighting the male into thinking it's their faults. And WE ALL KNOW that if police show up during a DV dispatch, and there are the slightest marks on the female visible... All the female has to do is say "yes he did that to me." The male automatically goes to jail. No questions asked. No police will tell you that it goes both ways. But we know the true double standards. Amber was of course too stupid to do this When she called police. Because the cops that day happened to be honest cops and Amber forgot to put on her "bruise kit". She has put back women who have ACTUALLY suffered being victims of DV, for 50 years.

    She doesn't need to watch any movies, she only needs to see herself in the mirror everyday.

    Despite what TV shows tell you, it is almost impossible to catch someone out for lying, some people might have tells, but everyone react differently. Some might might lie by overexaggerating emotions, some might lie by trying not to show any etc. So how do you differentiate them from the ones that naturally do overreact, or bottle up their emotions. And if the accusations that she is a narcissist are true, then they are quite famous for creating a delusion in their head where their lies really are the truth so they almost believe them. But mixed with moral superiority they feel they are owning everyone, she will feel her answers are so perfect she is knocking them all back. Without having the emphathy or awareness to see they are caught in a web of lies too big een for them and people are turning against them

    "i can't be sure because i went through this for 5 years" when both pictures are exactly the same like the wine would've spilled in the exact same place in the exact same pattern in the exact same lighting with the exact same surroundings twice lol.. as an actual survivor of domestic violence i can tell you that if i bothered to take a picture for evidence of a specific incident of abuse i could tell you exactly how that incident went down and when and why even all these years later.

    Seriously, how dumb is Heard and her legal team to submit the same photo in evidence and claim it was for 2 different dates? Mindboggling, not even the average lay person who has no idea of law would do something that incriminating.

    This was BRUTAL to watch. I don't really have any sympathy for Amber, but this is an incredibly stressful situation to be in. Camille is an absolute savage and she clearly goes hard for her client.

    I agree,it's actually triggering for real victims of DV because AH is clearly out of pocket.The stress she's under is because she's been lying and can't keep up.
