Amber Heard continues to abuse Johnny Depp publicly, his lawyer snaps | LiveNOW from FOX

Amber Heard's cross-examination in her defamation trial against her ex-husband Johnny Depp is underway and began with Depp's attorney confirming with Heard that Depp has never looked at her once throughout the trial. Heard agreed that he has not. Depp's attorney played a tape of Depp telling Heard that she "will not see my eyes again." Depp's attorney then accused Heard of continuing to abuse Depp publicly, even after filing the restraining order.

It wasnt till about 8 years after we split that I finally really started catching on and putting it alltogether. (Yes I am slow, I know this now. Trying to get smart, play tough or trying to best a competent professional lawyer is NEVER a great idea but Amber just can't seem to help herself... This lady is going to destroy her, Amber knows it but seems she's unable to avoid it. Her team must be crossing their fingers, leg's, ankles, toes etc that she just answers the question preferably with a YES or NO, but Amber think's she knows better so she elaborates usually by dismissing questions or by changing her answers completely. I hoped this is how her cross examination would play out, Camille isn't just there for her look's, she's getting under Amber's skin, she listens to EVERY WORD Amber say's before she delivers her next question or comment. Amber may well survive Camille but there will be much damage done & if it's Camille who questions Whitney, it will be a pure joy to watch

Narrcissist abusers have also that tendency to believe that they are always right and justified. Which is why she said with so much confidence that he can't look at her , despite the words we all heard, she still project everything she does to other as her own plight, and because in her mind he wouldn't dare look at her since she braazenly sees herself as the true victim ( not of what she alleges, but mearly one because the one she had control over refuses to stand her abuse anymore). Disgusting, but unfortunately typical for such people.

Attorney's tell their clients not to look at the "abused" woman so they can't be seen by the jury as trying to intimidate her. But his total avoidance of looking at her since day one of this trial is so obvious it's awkward. I believe he refused to look at her because he wont give her the satisfaction of ever acknowledging her again. On the recording, when he wouldn't allow her to touch him- you can hear in her voice that she cant take it - she's in disbelief that he would actually, FINALLY, cut her out of his life - its a blow to her ego that she simply cant bear - a borderline personality fears abandonment - being left behind, shut out, above all else. Just as in another recording when he's trying to leave for a few hours after yet another fight, and she says "You're killing me, you're KILLING me!" simply because he is trying to get away from her for a time (it might have been to go see his daughter) - he showed her she wasn't his priority, he wanted to be away from her. It's her greatest fear that his world would not revolve around her - that he could actually want to be apart from her, that he'd leave her in her upset state to deal on her own. Depp knew exactly what he was doing when he made those decisions to refuse her touch and to cut off eye contact - it was the greatest and most powerful punishment he could inflict on her. And she deserved it. I worry for her child, when she reaches the age where she begins to assert her own will, to say "No" to her mother, to disagree with her, or when she shows a liking for or affection toward another adult - such as a Nanny or the mother of a playmate - it does not bode well for the child.

Rough justice to a narcissist who thought if Johnny walks no one else can have him or employ him. At least Johnny was brave enough to come forward and speak up about domestic abuse and highlighting the fact that men too can suffer, but mostly do so in silence due to societal bias. It is a sad case, that shows society is so prejudice it proves that men are still seen as the aggressor over a woman and the women are the victim until proven otherwise. I hope that this case brings courage for all sufferers to speak out against Domestic violence. I am so glad Johnny Depp walked away and spoke out, else I fear he'd have been dead by now 😢. For her to say that a man cannot be the victim of abuse is absolutely infuriating and a slap in the face to victims of domestic violence everywhere. Shame on her. Edit: and on another note, anyone can be an abuser, as well. People are acting like domestic abuse is exclusively committed by men and men only and that is stupid as hell. We all have the potential to perform acts of good, and we all have the potential to perform acts of evil. A woman can just as easily be abusive as man can be. This is common behavior for people with abusive upbringings. It takes many ppl years to process their experience. I knew someone who bought a ticket halfway around the world to see her ex after he broke things off. Years later she's thankful she changed her ticket, but at the time she was devastated he wouldn't see her. Developmental trauma really fucks with your perception and processing.

  • @purposewarriors

Unfortunately this is common behavior for people who suffer from borderline Personality Disorder. The image the portray in public is completely different than it is in private. It's part of a defense mechanism. They act all innocent while publicly shaming, guilting, accusing, destroying their victim's character, etc.... That way their victim has to continually defend themselves and if they get upset or act out themselves because of the lies told, it just reinforces those lies as truth's from which the person with BPD has said about them. Throughout this whole time the person with BPD gets come off as the helpless victim and have all the attention on her. While being able to manipulate the jury or judges which they many times are able to because they're incredibly intelligent manipulators. Luckily and thankfully Johnny Depp is able to have a LOT of evidence of his own and is able to afford extremely good lawyers who excel at exposing that evidence. Many times being able to use AH's own words against her.

I am grateful to Mr Depp's braveness because I was in a toxic relationship too where the female had the believers on her hand. She was physically abusing me, telling lies on how her injuries were caused. Even a cop told me that 'I should man up because I should be able to cope with this abuse'. Thank God I am not a public figure she might have been harassing me still. This is behind me quite some years, but it's still traumatic. So I understand Mr Depp.

When she said "he can't" look at her instead of "he won't" THAT was abuse, right there! She was taunting him right there in front of everybody!

You could tell what was being done to him behind closed doors as every time they were seen in public, his body language and the look on his face said it all, said something serious was going on, yet she's all happy and smiling, she's a psychopath, no, she is a genuine psychopath, she fits the description perfectly

In her eyes shes the victor she's the one who won because he "can't" look at her acknowledging that it's his choice not to look at her would be, in her mind, admitting defeat

You're all wrong. She's implying that he can't look at her because he's ashamed of abusing her. Remember she claims he abused her not the other way around.

@@faithful451 i get your point and you are most likely correct that she wants to play it out like that. but it is in contradiction with the audio we just heard. “you wont see my eyes again” - an abuser ashamed of its actions would not use this expression. it would be “i can’t look at you” or “you wont see me again” but the you wont see my eyes again sounds more like i will hide FROM you… and if i bring in some poetic rephrasing “you wont see me crying again” - thats usually what a victim would say just about it breaks out, escapes … or commits suicide. nuances i know, but the message behind the words are day and night. she could try to play that card, but it is just incompatible with the story we are seeing.

The fact that he never looked at her again after saying he wouldn’t, shows the enormous amount of restraint he has. That’s not the “monster” she tries to portray him as.

That means he's really finished with her. Its way more effective than calling her names or yelling at her. His silence to her and refusal to lay eyes on her ever again is golden.

I’ve dealt with narcissistic people before and she is the definition of one. Can’t own up to her actions and nothing is ever her fault and they make it out to be that the other person is the evil one when it’s them. She is an evil woman who didn’t deserve Johnny.
