That recording was one of the most telling pieces of evidence in the entire trial. Her bizarre antagonism, the way she attempts to rile him and taunt him into a reaction. But the one thing it reveals more than anything, is that she was never the victim. She wasn’t in any sort of fear; she was trying to cause distress and inflict it on Johnny.

How she can paint herself as the victim after hearing those recordings is unbelievable

99.9999999% of the time the court will rule in the womans favor. maybe she knew that and was hoping that the court or judge would say "ehhhhh you get off light" i have seen a lot of reports and insights from attorneys who let others know why they walked away from the career. and its because they found in most of their cases dealing with abuse, the man was guilty until proven innocent. even if the woman was lying the court would rule in their favor to either outright give the man a harsh sentence or the case would be thrown out in the womans favor. put in simple terms, i think she still thought she could buffalo the court because she is a woman.

He wasn't for a long time, that's how he fell in love with her. His staff said he changed over time. It's as Dr Curry explained to a T about borderline personality disorder and having that extreme separation anxiety. I just don't understand how Dr Hughs and Dr. Doofenshmirtz got on the stand and lied after hearing all the evidence ( audios, testimony changing over and over, etc ) within the case and nothing happened to their professional careers is beyond me. As someone who is currently in a toxic household, that isn't a fraction of the laugh I hear in my household whenever my mother torments my dad.

I cannot believe this case was not dismissed right after this!! that woman is despicable!!!

@@almanac520 at this point addiction is so common most people have been exposed to it in some ways. Addiction can make a person do a lot of crazy things but for everyone like that there are dozens of others who are completely functional while destroying themselves. Not all addiction pain stretched outwards, for most people addiction in itself says nothing about a persons moral character. Especially opiate addiction in America. How many lives has that touched where the perspective on addicts has changed. Most feel a sense of empathy and sympathy at this point. He has enough money to feed his addiction so he isn't really at risk.of the normal destructive addict behavior. Broke is a different story.

So she's trying to say she was "terrified" of him, and he was physically abusive, yet she sits there laughing at him (maniacally), insulting him, and mocking him? I don't know any actual abuse victim that would do that, because they'd be terrified of being beaten up in response.

My mother would speak to my dad in a similar way even though my dad was an incredibly violent dangerous man towards her. My mother was toxic and constantly goaded him. Both of them behaved awfully together. I have no idea about Depp& Heard but any false accusations deserve to be exposed.

Thats probably right! Getting a smack would have been less painful for her than the reality (him doing drugs and change his personality; him leaving her alone (what she feared most), lacking love, loosing her dreams etc. ) A real physical abuse could have been seen by everyone - everybody would have had compassion and solidarity. Otherwise people just would have said: "Leave him, if you're noch happy!". And this she couldn't stand. But there was no crime from Johnny! 🤷‍♀️

That's not true I was in a relationship to where I was beating unconscious I was in a relationship till I was beating so severely that they couldn't even identify my face when I was in the emergency room when my dad came to see me and I didn't leave at that time because I was dumb and I spoke to him just as much as she spoke to him I spoke to him with disrespect I spoke up to him and I kept doing it why because he wasn't going to break my spirit that's what I thought inside he might break my bones he might break my flesh but he wasn't going to break my spirit so I talked to him anyway I felt that I should talk to him no matter what the consequences were so unless you walked a mile and these shoes I would not go and give your opinion like that because I don't think you know what you're talking about until you were in that situation so I totally disagree with you with that and to in this story he end up dying in a car crash and it's a very unfortunate thing cuz I don't wish that on my worst enemy but that's not true what you said I really hardly doubt you've ever been in a critical abusive rel shipping your whole life

it was her attempt to put over her own narrative by continuing to talk even when an objection was made and going off on a tangent when asked difficult questions that exposed the real AH. Everything that JD's psychologist diagnosed about her BPD she showed every symptom. In my opinion JD escaped with his life because that dagger was bought to kill him. she would have made up some BS about how he attacked her and she would have killed him in 'self defence'. Who else do we know was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder yes you've got it in one the monster commonly known as 'Jodie Arias' they can lie all day and night and not feel any shame whatsoever even when the lie they are tell is proven to be just that. Bipolar is an older term for another illness, but not quite as unstable as bpd, bi polar was defined as more prolonged happiness and depression. As opposed to the psychotic narcissism that is produced from bpd as demonstrated quite evidently from these recordings and her actions in court.

I am so sorry that happened to you, no one deserves that. She is not making a joke of it, she is using something that really happens to women (like yourself) for her advantage. And yes, she is bringing to question if a lot of women are telling the truth about it, as I am sure she is not the only woman who has lied about such things. Thankfully, you can tell she is not a real victim, but a victimizer. I would hope no woman would use physical and sexual abuse as a weapon (when it never happened), yet here she is, an actress who cannot act well in court!

In the long run Amber really was a nobody until she married JD.From the very start she was just looking for a free meal ticket and she sunk her claw's into JD.She was after his money and was willing to do and say anything to try get it.She was trying to extort him and when JD said enough was enough he brought her to court to clear his name.
