I’ve been sued by a female employee before and this was how it was. NO MATTER what the facts, even video showing nothing, the victim thing just kept coming, no matter what. My sister is currently making her ex husband's life a living hell, left him so she can go date random guys and goes on social media telling the public how she is a survivor of domestic violence meanwhile she's the abuser, she's thrown wine bottles at his head and even pulled out a knife threatening his life. He is now currently attempting to gain full custody of their daughter while she continues to play the victim

Anyone who has suffered from physical or sexual abuse, physical or sexual attacks and having to face their “alleged” attacker on a daily basis in court, having to re-live every single moment-would most definitely look mentally and emotionally drained and traumatised to say the least. This woman regardless of her “testimony”, regardless of her “witnesses” , has proven throughout -by her actions and behaviour in court alone that none of this happened and that she has fabricated this entire thing. Her smirks, her smiles when Johnny is talking , can anyone else on this planet say that they would be able to do that? If your alleged attacker was on the stand talking about incidences would you even be able to smirk at them like that? She (like others have stated) looks proud of herself, she should be ashamed of herself for the rest of her life. . I hope with the rest of the world that the right verdict is called. She is guilty.

Yeah, if I were being accused of doing those things to a family member and I did *not* do them, a smirk would be the last expression to cross my face. I would likely be upset and a bit angry.

Forget Johnny for a second. Does this woman's behavior/demeanor suggest she is IN ANY WAY suffering PTSD related trauma having to relive all of this?!??! She certainly doesn't appear to be anywhere near as distressed as she appeared her first week under oath. The differences are staggering. Whitney should be ashamed of herself, too. Her own friend said Whitney told her that Amber was attacking Johnny when she moved out and her story has done a 180 to protect her sister. On one hand, I would expect my family to defend me but I would never lie on their behalf. The best you could get from me is a refusal to testify AT ALL but once I'm on that stand, Sorry... I'm telling the truth.

It's astonishing how hearing other people talk about the "trauma" and "abuse" she suffered doesn't solicit a flicker of emotion from her other than a grin or eye-roll... but as soon as she is on the stand SUDDENLY she is a hysterical mess with no tears. And yet when she gave the depositions SIX YEARS AGO, and there was no audience, she could somehow recount the stories with again barely a flicker of emotion. The only person who could claim to believe a word she says at this juncture is a maniac with an agenda.

Amber is simply a cruel and repulsive woman. She’s got too much hatred in her.

well my mom is more dangerous than this turd, my moms very manipulative and narssistic and evil, my dad commited suicide because of her narssisim i was only six years old after that she left me alone where my grandpa raised me she went into court with my uncle blamed him for taking her child and claimed that all my dads money should go to her cuz shes the wife ,i didnt realize it until i became 18 and went to live with hee again with her new husband thinking that she was the victim and with time i saw her behaviour which was very disgusting i saw the insanity in her eyes trying to manipulate me in a very smart way, when the picture became clear to me i immediatly left to live alone and cut her off, she sometimes look at me with her pshychotic eyes and when i catch her she looks away, or try to show me that she cares and loves me when she wants something, her screams are very pshycotic as well as if she is summoning a demon, whenever she sees me happy and feeling motivated it makes her very upset and her attempts of gaslighting and manipulating skyrockets. im living alone now and very happy with my life, ik its unbelievable that a mother could be like that but its true

Only panic attack I ever had was meeting the man who choked me in the back hall of the courthouse accidentally, while we were both arriving for our court date. He was in custody but I went into full flight, sprinted away around several corners and hyperventilated for a few minutes behind a bench. Court staff definitely noticed. It's not something you can fake. You can also try not to react but if someone has looked you in the eyes while choking you completely out...you can't just react normally.

Usually normal people don't like this type of behavior. But I think Amber suffers from cluster B. Narcissist enjoy recounting those moments where she abused their victims. It gives them a sense of power.

The fact that he can speak with compassion and empathy towards Whitney, even after she testified against him speaks volumes of his character. He understood that she has been exposed to trauma as well since a young age and has understandably been reduced to a broken-down "lackey" before he even came into the picture. The fact that he still retained his good nature even after what happened shows how strong he is.

Spot on...I feel physically sick watching her...

I can't believe that she lied about donating the R7 million in total. Now she "pledged" it. I just could not believe what that said about her integrity and character. And she is bold enough to still pretend like this house of cards still stands.

She seems very proud, what a twisted.
