    White pumpkin has a mild, almost neutral flavour of its own. However when cooked in dishes like Kashi Halwa, it transforms into a soft, sweet and almost creamy texture that beautifully absorbs the flavours of ghee and sugar. It’s subtleness allows it to complement and enhance the overall taste of the dish rather than overpowering it. We highly recommend trying out this dish, it’s a must try ! 😋
