1/2 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
1/4 cup rava (semolina)
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups milk
For the filling:
1 cup grated fresh coconut
200 gms palm jaggery (or normal jaggery)
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
