Karen and Chad Show: Chad's strange behavior and the Cops

Ойын-сауық

Discord: / discord
This is the last of the videos I have from the second survey results. No idea what he was thinking. MOST of this footage had no audio so that is why there is music.
FYI as far as we know the cops just made a report and moved on. When I can get that footage I will more than likely post it.

The flashlight into your home after dark should be considered harrassment, itimidation and disordley.

Don't stoop to their level. Just keep a good record like this so when the old fart finally does something completely illegal then you can show the judge a pattern of harassment.

A case could sure be made that it was harassment, shining a flashlight at your neighbor's house like that and wiggling it back and forth like that on a dark night like that. If I were on a jury I'd find him guilty of harassment for doing that.

@@thorr18BEM if you can see it from outside then it is not private. He did not trespass. I don't like his behavior either. Just saying to wait until it's worth the fight. "He shined a light in my window" isn't really an offense all in itself. If, for instance it happens over and over, then you have a record of it to add to any other more serious charges.

Yep. My neighbor has over 300' wide yard and planted really nice tall juniper type bushes the length of our property line where a fence already existed. Instead of planting them 10' from the line he planted them 5' the line so the only way he could cut the grass around them is to use a weed wacker. He had some health problems, wasn't cutting around them, and now the fence and his expensive bushes are a tangle briars and vines. For sure this guy's neighbor was going to use every inch of his property when he planted those bushes.

This is CLEARLY the behavior of someone thats having "Cognitive Functions Issues" Unfortunately, Its not likely going to get better going forward. Sadly we say a very similar situation here in NE Ohio come to a TRAGIC end this past Saturday morning. To neighbors that have had a on going disagreement that seemingly had gotten worse in the past few months came to a head at 9am on Saturday when the 68 yr old female armed with a handgun went to confront the younger 52 yr olf female next door. The younger female called 9-11 after the older female brandished and threatened her with the firearm. A Deputy Sheriff and a local city police officer responded to the call. Apon arrival and while investigating, The older female was approached and told to drop the firearm. In which she refused and in a aggravated state threatened the officers and clearly pointed the firearm at them and apparently fired a single round, missing both of them. The Deputy fired his weapon striking the older female. She was pronounced dead on the scene. Body cam footage clearly show this was a JUSTIFIED case of self defense. Sadly it came to this ending, because it didn't have to. Someone should have stepped in long before this and removed the older female that we find out now was having "Cognitive Functions Issues" and why was she allowed to still be in possession of a firearm??? Where was the family then??? Because they sure are screaming now after the shooting that they say was not justified due to her Dementia. Dementia or not, She threatened and then fired at two law enforcement officers. Stop this mess before we see a repeat of this.

Exactly. Do not support people in denialism. They likely were putting off having to make decisions for her and the costs of watching over her properly. These create family friction. It's a real problem that the costs are so large. Also some will play politics with the elderly saying how poorly they are being treated in order to be "the golden child" out of greed. I have seen and heard plenty to prove to me this is more likely than fair dealings among adult children.

Keeping it real ‘Red’ as usual, good man. You have a right to defend yourself and your property as you know. I am with the others though, when it first started I thought this would end in a few weeks and you all could go on with your lives. I worry for your girlfriend when they know you have gone. His behavior when he KNOWS she is home alone is intimidating and just plain strange. The anger they display is violent and vicious. Keep up the recording, don’t let anyone tell you that you need to stop calling the police. It is your right as a tax paying, land owning citizen. We all know for the record, YOU are in the right and their intimidation should not be tolerated. I might add, technically all the loonie toon activity he did, he was trespassing on YOUR property. I would LOVE to see the police enforce those stakes just once!

To me, it looks like he's either summoning fairies or a misguided attempt at the Curse of the Conejos. Fairies if summoned could go either way, but seeing how they don't exist you should be good there. Curse of the Conejos, that depends on several factors. I've heard of a woman down in Mexico that messed up the order of the incantation resulting in her never sleeping again for the dead rabbits chanting and singing in her head every night afterwards. She went mad and hijacked a hot air ballon then jumped to her death singing to the dead rabbits as she fell to earth. Bad stuff man.

The old saying, "Silence is golden" is the best advice I could ever give when police are talking to another complaining witness. Nothing is more aggravating than having input from a bystander while talking to a witness. Bite your tongue and don't get respond to the bait. As a suggestion, invest in a "GoPro" you can attached to your head to keep your hands free. I am still stunned this is still not resolved. While you are not willing to cause them further problems, their failure to follow code will eventually affect your property value should you decide at some point to sell. They should be held to the same standard they expect of you.

Long time ago, that might have worked on some Security Cameras, where shining a Light at the Camera would cause the Camera to have bit of a Fit and make the video (on Tapes) seem grainy and hard to see whats going on. Life is just too short for having to deal with crap like this. I think back to when the fence was going in, and wonder why, when the question first came up, they did not just hit the pause button and get a surveyor in there? None of this would be happening. Instead, Ringling Brothers.

  • @C.CUMM1NGS

Now that the property line has been surveyed, i'm pretty sure you can get your lawyers to send them a letter asking them remove the fence from your property by x time, if they fail to comply you are well within your rights to remove it as long as you return it to them, not sure what condition it has to be in, probably undamaged but i'm not sure on that.

You may want to tslk to the police about the erratic behavior & see if they can have local adult protective services come do a "welfare check." Some that behavior is what my mom was displaying may be signs of Dementia. She'd walk around outside the house, went into neighbors backyards, had mood swings, & could get agitated very quickly. My family spoke with all the neighbors so they knew to keep an eye on her if she got away from my brother, who was her caretaker. The flashlight & wandering around in the dark is not normal behavior. Something is definitely wrong with him and/or his wife. 😳

I agree, but I think it’s the wife. My mom has dementia and some of the early videos I watched she reminded me of that. Also my mom was very different and angry about odd things than before dementia. My mom was really a nice, polite, lady before that. Since they once had a good relationship I think this might be happening here, and the husband is doing this stuff to placate her. I almost feel like he’s more mad at having to do this stuff to keep her quiet. It’s also probably a distraction for him rather than face whatever is going on with her. And he might not be too on top of things himself...

@@julianne089 - I'm sorry to hear your mom also had Dementia. It's a horrible disease. My mom was also a sweet, kind lady, but towards the end, some of the things that came out of her mouth I had never heard her say in my life. 😥 It was like she was a totally different person. I think you're right in that the wife has Dementia too, but perhaps the husband may have it too. Who knows? I'm sorry you have to go thru any of this. 💟
