This will be the most boring video so far. If you are looking for hot Karen and Chad action this is not that video. I had a rough evening and I needed to talk so here it is.

I am commenting because I am very concerned about how Mrs. Webb and her husband are being portrayed concering this matter with property lines. Metro Davidson County Maps division is who declared the property lines and mapped out where the fence could be placed. Also Metro Davidson County Water Services placed installed the sewer system. Documentation has been given to the neighbor concerning this matter and instead of accepting the resolution the neighbor decided it could be solved by posting unfounded accusations to youtube as if Mrs. Webb and her husband have the power to change Metro Davidson County maps. Evidently this was done out of some sort of spite or revenge since he is aware that he can't change the property lines. Why post something to enrage a group of people that know NOTHING about the facts unless he is trying to get Mrs. Webb and her husband hurt, because there are a lot of unstable people that will pick up a cause without knowing anything about the real truth. Consider what is really happening before you make negative comments on a post that can affect a persons life.

Thank you for taking your time to do some research and post your thoughts on this Denise. I respect that you want to stand up for your friend (you are friends with them on facebook and you were over here today). Humor me please and take into account what I have to say. Watch my videos (the entire playlist), share them on your Facebook page if you want to get your husband's and friends opinion. You seem like a nice lady and probably are a good friend. IF anything you read here or see in a video that gives you doubt that they would lose an expensive court case, please help me reason with them. If I have to hire another lawyer to get this taken care of I will go as hard in the paint. It's a waste of time and resources which are limited to both parties involved. Any money I have left over will go to a beautiful landscape solution that will make both parties involved. We ALL would benefit from a simple arrangement instead of a fight. The reason for this channel is to document the challenges I have had with Mr. & Mrs. Webb. When they started calling the city on me to attempt to derail the remodel of my back yard (a vision I have had since I moved in and they know that). Inspired by what they did with theirs I should add. I initially put up 1 camera and on the VERY first day it was up we saw them trespassing in our construction zone. 2 more went up as soon as I got back from my vacation. I put the recordings up on KZread and had no idea this would go this far. 90% of the footage that is here is unedited. I didn't put words in their mouths, nor did I force them to behave how they have. If they wanted to make a YT page with the evidence they have against me I welcome seeing that footage. I know I got kinda drunk one night and spoke to the camera about how much I missed hanging out with Jack. Probably lots of me giving the finger when that stupid camera would LOUDLY say “Smile, your being recorded”. Some loud music in the day time to drown that out. Make me look kinda stupid and very frustrated but I got nothing on your friends. Since you brought up Metro Government, here is what I learned about the local city government on this issue. After calling Codes and NES and Metro Water and a dozen other phone numbers that start with 615-862-xxxx: Metro Davidson County has a department that's in charge of drawing out and devising property lines. It's called the Davidson County Property Assessors office. The Assessor of Property is currently Vivian M. Wilhoite and the office number is 615-862-6080. I have spoken to them a number of times about this issue and what to do about it and am VERY familiar with those that work in that office. The first thing that they will tell you is that they have no part nor wish to have part in a property dispute. The second thing they will tell you is that they have never and will never send someone out to verify property lines. The third thing they will do is refer you to the plat map that is published here: maps.nashville.gov/ParcelViewer/. You know the exact address here so you are welcome to take a look. The fourth is to get your own surveyor and no they cant/wont recommend one to you. If you ask they will also tell you that there is no such thing as the Davidson County Maps or Mapping Department. I know that because I called and asked immediately after reviewing the body camera footage to ask. While I appreciate your statements, everything you have said is incorrect. You are correct that Metro Water Services did come out and perform a job that cost Metro Water Services under millions and millions of dollars. The contractor that did the work informed me that the ONLY reason why the work was being done was because of the constant complaining from Mrs Webb and that there was no structural reason for the work being done on the EASEMENT. The easement by the way is 7.5 feet on either side of the property line. Because the work would affect beyond the easement on my side, they needed to access my property with heavy equipment with my consent. I consented to them as honestly as if it made Joanne happy, that was fine as long as they put it back the way it was. Which they largely did with the exception of some poor grass seeding, which Joanne and I worked together to fix. ALL of this happened more than 5 years before this started. Let's fast forward to the present. I was told and you can hear this in the first 2 videos that if I wanted a survey I could spend my “white boy money” and get one. This was someone I have known since the day I moved in. I was hurt and shocked that the woman that told me many times I was her “white son” and that she was my “black momma”. I know we had had an issue the week before but after almost 2 decades of a great friendship I did the only thing I could. I spent my “white boy money”. What you see is the unedited results of doing so. The survey team has come out TWICE to verify the property lines that are based on the plat map that the Davidson County Assessor office signed off on from the original survey team. That survey team is Anderson/Delk. I have spoken to Mr Delk who drew the actual map of our property lines. He was VERY clear about where both pins are after reviewing the Plat. He said that it was not the telephone poll but on the other side of that poll just above the storm drain that metro had installed just after his map was verified by the Assessor of Property at the time. It's clear from prior discussions with Mr & Mrs Webb along with the statements that THEY made on the publicly available body cam footage that they don't understand what an easement is and that they can do whatever they want with it. This is clearly not the case. You are correct that Mr & Mrs Webb don't have the power to change the map. However they do have the responsibility to know the laws and regulations around building on an easement and also staying within the bounds of their own property. When they saw the results of the survey they chose to ignore parts of it. They were happy to find out that their back yard does indeed extend out about 8ft beyond where they thought it was, however they seem to be in COMPLETE denial about where our common border is. I have been COMPLETELY patient and have attempted to discuss with them the situation like adults and have repeatedly offered them the Olive Branch both on this channel and in person and they refuse. They refuse by offering nothing but hostility, anger, horrible comments to myself and others about me. Telling the cops that I am suicidal and bringing up my dead brother? All that to justify poor behavior? Now when you say “there are a lot of unstable people that will pick up a cause without knowing anything about the real truth” are you talking about yourself, are you being the white knight or are you just making a vague threat? Because that sounds to me like a poorly worded veiled threat. Lets try and keep this respectful. No one here wants those kinds of issues. This is Nashville not Chicago. Again I am trying to be respectful in hopes that if I have changed your mind in any way you can help me avoid any further unpleasant situations between us. I realize that there is no going back to the friendship we have but maybe this can result in some sort of healing.

The saddest thing about all this is that you were friends for such a long time, that picture is heartbreaking. I don’t know what was the initial trigger for that to change, there must have been a point when they became angry with you. And in the same way that you are hurt by this, I’m sure they are feeling that too, which comes out as anger and all the petty little things like the gargoyle etc. They obviously feel they have some sort of case, whether or not that is actually true. People often stoop to petty and malicious behaviour when they feel wronged by someone they cared about (look at what ex’s tend to do to their partners!) It’s awful because you are stuck next to each other, no one can walk away. I really really hope you can in some way find a peaceful resolution and build some bridges…life is too short and at their age they should know that. I’m so sorry you are going through this, great respect for your handling of it, and wishing you something better in the future. 🕊

Respect is #1 in my book and the fact that they have never shown respect here speaks volumes. I was in a Dementia/Alzheimer's support group for over 3 years because my husband had Abnormal Dementia from a brain injury. It totally changes a person's personality. Many have what is called sundowners which is they do not sleep much after dark. I had to put special locks with alarms on my doors as my husband took off one night in the middle of the night and left the front door wide open. Thank goodness a policeman brought him home and woke me up. The next day the alarms went up. He did not like the alarms as I put one on our bedroom door so that he could not open it without the alarm going off. He had also gotten to the point where he did not believe that we were living in our home, not quite sure where he thought we were but not home. He made me pack up a lot of stuff to get ready to move back to our home (have no idea where), as we had lived in this home for 6 years. So do they have other family members that come to see them? It is a difficult situation no matter what. Even if a judge tells them they are wrong, but she has this medical affliction, nothing will change unless he puts her in a lockdown facility. Luckily my husband always knew me and his daughters so he stayed at home until he passed.

Never mind the 'John J Bowman'; You present yourself and your concerns in a wholesome manner. I have no fear that you and your lawyers will take the same 'attitude' and sobriety into the court room. One view of the woman using foul language will disclose all the judge needs to know about 'character' when it comes to assessing both sides of the issue and from where the 'bone of contention' began. I completely understand your concern after so many 'experiences' that your neighbors witnessed you go through, and at the end of this 'episode' maybe all bad feelings and open wounds will be able to heal. That then is why the Judge, the surveyors, and the lawyers all come together. Should you 'win', I know by this and previous responses, that you are able to be 'gracious' when you need to be. That in itself is 'civility'. As a retired surveyor, I've often heard the phrase that 'fences make for good neighbors'.. Well, we'll have to let the Judge expound on that, and with your demeanor, all should go well, during and after!.. Best wishes, and yes, keep us 'informed'.. ;) I've often told folks that engaged my services that a 'surveyor is impartial, regardless of who is paying for the service. He is merely conducting that work that 'protects' those rights as lawful landowner(s). Anything beyond that falls under the auspices of the political entity that one has the land in: State, county, city, township or village.

When is your court date ( approximately) ? My story & 2 cents … My first home many years ago had a neighbor that was not a good one & It was no fun ! When I bought my current house neighbor on one side told me fence was on the line & over bc of an angle But less than a foot & it was built by Previous owner of his house. Then the people on other side tried to get me to reimburse them for 1/2 cost of their fence on the property line . (300’ of high end pvc just on that side ) I had to pay for new survey ( just from experience) so I could tell my fence guy & talk to each of them Knowing where & what was what . Watching your vids reminds me of My experiences . 12 years later - My neighbor with fence that slightly Comes over property, we all get along fine & the one that wanted $, They are divorced & moved away. “Fences do make good neighbors “ Long as that fence isn’t on the wrong Side of Property pin markers ! Thank goodness for cameras & Good luck to you . Like others , Hopefully this will end in harmony ! Good luck & keep Us on YT updated !

What you can do is get a city permit to put up a no parking sign, construction site or entrance there. If she parks there and blocks the construction crew, you can call the cops, she gets a ticket. After that, the cops call for a tow. Then they will have until the tow truck shows up to move the vehicle. Your crew can now get on the land. You can also do 2 folders - mark them “all the neighbor stuff” and “what court saw” End the both with the verdict. Keep in mind, it’s still not over. Not until they comply and maybe even not then.
