入模造型
放雪櫃冰半小時以上
取出
稍回溫切片
預熱焗爐170度焗25分鐘

50g powdered sugar
1 egg yolk (room temperature)
Cake flour 220g
5g coffee powder (pre-mixed with hot water)
30g chopped hazelnuts
Beat the butter and add powdered sugar, mix well
Add egg yolk and mix well
Gradually add cake flour and mix well
Add coffee and chopped hazelnuts and mix well
Molding
Refrigerate for half an hour or more
take out
Warm up and slice
Preheat the oven at 170 degrees for 25 minutes
