The proportion of 1.5 cups of water for 2 cups of Jowar flour made my batter exceptionally runny. I wonder if the brand of jowar flour also matters. I had to add anywhere from 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of extra jowar flour to the mix to get to the consistency in the video. After 25 min of baking, my bread seems to have collapsed in the middle and is hard and dense like a brick. I'm letting it stay a bit longer in the oven for the extra flour used. Can you please share the brand of jowar and yeast that you have used? Thank you!

Hi I always suggest to add water little by little and not the complete water . There will be a difference in water depending on the flour you use

I don't think full jowar bread can turn out like this. U need to add some gluten in some form, wheat, eggs or flax powder or some such.
