You have good recipe for Ragi and Wheat flour mixed bread. It’s long recipe and though showed ingredients in detail earlier, you overall went very fast describing many steps involved. Please go slowly in describing every step. Thanks.

@@user-dr9cl5rc6c thank you and will keep in mind to go slow as much as possible in upcoming videos. Have said that some recipes are lengthy and explaining everything slowly makes video too long. If you find too fast you can always change the video speed settings to slow. the tab is top right where one can adjust speed

Thank you Nirali for sharing this amazing recipe! As a health conscious person I was looking for a healthy bread recipe and yesterday your post popped up on my fb. Immediately I tried bread in cooker. It turned so well! Yes, I used cooker as my microwave was occupied with pizza base baking with same batter 😜! Surprisingly it also turned very well! My family loved the test. Thank you for this recipe!

If beginner then just try the white bread i shared on channel , No oil ,no dairy and eggless loaf. . That said if you are not beginner then feel free to try out the recipe :)

Hi Nirali, Came across this recipe & looked really interesting to try. I'm a baker & thought something new to try. Till the 1st proofing the dough was good , it doubled in size and like you said good bubbles means good dough , but during the 2nd proofing in the tin it didn't rise much. O have tried it twice but both the time same result. I would like to share the photo also with you and maybe you can suggest what could have gone wrong. Looking forward 🙏

I haven't tried skipping wheat yet. However, if you remove the wheat and want same size then you will have to add 1 cup of flour you prefer as replacement for wheat. I would add 1 cup of semolina instead of 1 cup wheat. Just make sure to pick thick fresh yogurt. Happy Baking

Yogurt softens semolina. If for any reason you avoid yogurt then just soak semolina in very hot water. Semolina needs to soak in yogurt and for making steam idli or anything we usually soak it. I havent tried anytime without yogurt but you can try to soak semolina in plain very hot water. Hope it helps which i think it should :)

@@meenakshisean Absolutely not a problem for asking and yes certainly soda will act as an egg replacer and will help make the dough fluffier and lighter. To activate soda curd is equally important for this recipe.
