+Hammod Elbatal I'm doing this right now too! Yay! I'm using what I have, tho, which is unbleached baker's flour and oat flour. 2:.5 And something that she didn't mention because she prolly bakes enuf so that she doesn't have to: make sure your flours and other dry ingredients are room temp. also! I store my yeast in the freezer and flours in the fridge. So, I prepped all my wet ingredients and then realized I had freezing cold dry ingredients that had to warm up too. So, it's taking a little longer... :-/

MORE VIDEOS? I appreciate that so many people have asked for more videos but I have no immediate plans to make more, for several reasons. • I’m supposed to be retired! • I don’t have a staff - It’s just me. • It was just a hobby and I wasn’t prepared for this many views. • I can’t answer all the questions and then I feel bad for not helping. • Now I feel bad for not making more! Thank you for all the love and appreciation. I will try to find time to make more but it won’t be for a while. Many questions are answered in my website FAQs and I continue to post new recipes there. www.JennyCanCook.com - always free/no ads. Love you guys!

I made this! What a great recipe. I mixed by hand. Added a handful of sunflower seeds and some rolled oats while kneading. Placed round mound on a cookie sheet covered with corn meal. After it had risen I slashed the top of it diagonally with knife about 10 times. After baking about 15 minutes I brushed it with egg wash. Came out looking like fancy artisan bread. The best bread I have ever made. Two days it is gone! Thanks Jenny

Thanks so much Jenny . My family are so thrilled that I've been able to produce a 'real' loaf of bread at last. I'll be making this wholemeal loaf daily throughout isolation. Our quality of food has certainly improved with your help. Regards Linda from South Eastern Australia

Jennie! I watch cooking and especially bread making every day but you are by far my favorite. You are organized with everything at hand and you get right to it. Sometimes I go to another channel when people talk a lot and slow getting to the recipe. Your are the best! Linda😢

This is the best Recipe bread I've ever made. The aroma was so strong and it was crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. I used my bread machine to do the kneading and after 20 minutes, I let it rest for 10 minutes for first rise. This recipe is so simple , yet I left out two tablespoon of olive oil. I took the risk and add on during the kneading process. The dough became wet and I just shut the cover. Amazingly, it turned out So so so Good! Thank You For Sharing This Wonderful Recipe with Everyone!

so did you do the whole process in the bread machine ?? if so was it a huge loaf??? I'm not a fan of tall bread that you have to cut in half. I got the zolorizuy 2 lb loaf, not realizing you have to make a 2 lb loaf, so dissapointing, the bread comes out fine, but way too high.. any suggestions?? thank's Nicky

This is the by far the best homemade bread recipe that I have come across. I tried it and it turned out perfect! Very soft and delicious! The only thing I did differently was add 3 teaspoons of yeast instead of 2. I actually baked two, one with only whole wheat flour and the other with only all purpose flour. Both turned out perfectly! I love this recipe! Oh and I did it all by hand!

I just made your wheat bread recipe today. The best I've ever had! Not sweet but a nice crust and crumb. So easy. I've never made bread from scratch before. Love, love! I'm going to try your crusty Dutch oven white loaf next. I wish I could post the pictures for you. I bought cast iron loaf pans and the browning is perfect.
