Watching your video, it looks like your ingredient measurements are off by at least 50% compared to the written recipe. I wish these video “chefs” would get it right.

We're not polish but my mother made the same recipe (and showed me how) they are great potatoes pancakes. This IS the right way to make them. Mon also would shed carrots 🥕 in to. YUM.

We are told such things! That salt prevents fermentation, that hot water kills yeast, whatnot . Going to try this

😮what an idiotic programme. Obviously can't cook beef stew with herbs. Garlic spoils it all. Do we need these kinds of programmes. Surely english people can cook a stew !!!!

My understanding is if you pour hot water, you’ll kill your yeast…

Great idea to made the individual mounds beforehand...I am marking a note to do this when I am filling the empanadas 🇦🇷...we call them "tapas para empanadas" in Spanish. I will also see what happens if I use a little sour cream. Make, not made...😂
