I learned from Lidia Bastianich, that if you sear on a low flame, you'll get most fast out without cooking through and place in your sauce to finish off, around 1-2 hours you'll get a nice moist meatball. But I'm just sharing.🤗

Hi Jenny. Add about 5 min to quickly broil the raw mballs, gets most fat out so sauce won't be greasy. My Italian family recipe. Abondanza!
I love how Jenny always adds humor in her videos. The rubber chicken with the gloves, and that big ass bite she took at the end lol.
Made on 5/3/2023. As everything Jenny cooks, delicious!

Colors galore! 🌷 Glad to see you again.
We like this recipe but we make it a longer version using pork chops lightly browned in half olive oil and half grapeseed oil to start. Not too much. Then we make the meatballs. About 30 at about 2 inches wide. Frying them in a large skillet we purchased from Wolfgang Puck. We do them a few at a time, not to crowd them together too much. The meatballs consist of 3 lbs freshly ground beef with salt & pepper to taste. Easy on the salt because we add pecorino romano grated cheese, fresh parsley and basil to the mixture. To this we add 2 eggs🥚 and a splash or two of half & half. Mixing well, by hand, with gloves on. Don't forget, the cup or two of bread crumbs, and onion and garlic powder. When they are fried lightly browned they are added to the sauce later to finish cooking. In the sauce pot, we can add 6 sweet sausages that have also been browned in the meatball pan. We pour into the tall sauce pot one 29-ounce can of Italian tomato puree, and 3 or 4 large 29-ounce cans of Itslian tomato sauce. It's important to add one even tablespoon of sugar to each can. Add fresh basil close to the end of Cooking covered by a lid all the time. Cook slow and try not to burn by having the flame to high. It tastes better when you add 3 heaping tablespoons of romano grated cheese near the end too. We also add 6 tablespoons or more, if desired, of Spatini Spaghetti Sauce Mix to the sauce in the beginning. Amazon has it and we buy the giant bags and keep them in one of our freezers. It cooks anywhere from one and a half to 2 hours at medium-low and we stir every ten minutes with a long wooden spoon. Our preference in macaroni is Ronzoni Rigatoni.
Jenny, I loved this video. Thanks.
OMG - I started laughing my butt off at the end. I cant believe you did that.. Well you are polish like me so I can believe it ..

Recipe for sweet and sour chicken
I made this tonight with my own spin on it using ketchup and other spices cause I didn’t have the canned tomato sauce. I’ve been doing it wrong all these years ending up with dry meatballs. The fresh bread and soaking it in milk is the best way. It was so moist and full of delicious flavours...I’ll never make another dry meatball again! Thanks Jenny!!
Love the way you eat spaghetti, Jenny. Like a real trooper. Like a human being.

I was so nervous for that white sweater! At the end when you took that huge mouthful of pasta dripping with sauce, I thought, here it comes, the stain on her sweater! But you managed to avoid it!

YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY!!!😋😋😋👍👍👍 spaghetti & pizza are my favs any day of the week, you can NEVER go wrong🍝🍕🍝🍕🍝🍕🍝🍕🍝🍕🍝🍕🍝🍕 thats right just SHOVE it on in😰😋 lol!!! Oh & the garlic bread is a must🍞👍
I made my meatballs smaller (2 tablespoons for 1 meatball) since I had a bigger pot and added some water to help cover the meatballs. Substituted fresh basil for pureed basil in the tube (store didn't have any in stock). Still came out very delicious! ((: Oh and -- For those of you who do not have a food processor that you plug in, I used my Veggie Chopper (hand powered chopper that I bought from Target for $20 ... works really well for making the sauce and the fresh bread crumbs -- I also use this for garlic as I like to freeze them in olive oil).
Thanks for this great video
I'm hungry now XD

Great recipe, great tutorial, and _you_ are just adorable! Thank you, Miss Jenny!
i made your quick & easy Spaghetti and Meatballs today and it was so delicious and a snap to make. the simple ingredients is really all you need to make a savory sauce! and one more thing, I liked the way you 'roughly seperated' the meat in order to keep the meatballs about the same size! I would have never thought about doing that. so thanks!
I break my spaghetti in half to make it even easier to eat. So when you drop it in the boiling water break it in half.
