You are very entertaining. I love watching you bake. It’s been 5 years since this video has posted and I’m sure you learned these tricks for pumpkin pie but if not, here you go. In order to prevent cracks in the middle it’s best to put the pie in a hot 450 degree oven and immediately turn the temp down to 325 to finish cooking for about 45 min-1hour. And you shouldn’t insert a knife into the center. The way you can tell if a pumpkin pie is done is if it jiggles ever so slightly in the middle. Hope this helps! Love your channel
