Pumpkin Pie Crust 1 stick butter melted 1 Tbs oil 1 Tbs sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1 1/3 c. flour Mix and Drop clumps of dough into greased pie dish. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes. Pie Filling 15 oz plain pumpkin purée 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 2 eggs 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg Sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice Pour filling into cooled crust and Bake at 350 on a pre heated baking sheet for 50-70 minutes.

On my condensed version I list 1/4 tsp salt, I do have family members that need lower salt intake sounds try to cut back where I can. Measure for what you need health wise.

For any of you who are wondering if it's this easy to make it, actually is I made it last year for my family's thanksgiving and it was taken of the plate so quickly. They all said it was delicious. So that's why I made two. If y'all are looking for a fast making pumpkin pie while also being so good it's mouth watering. Then this is definitely the pie for you. I give this pie a 10 billion star rating.

Finally a recipe without all the pretentiousness and BS about "perfect" crusts and filling... getting these ingredients is difficult for me, living in Europe, we don’t have Thanksgiving here. This was my first pumpkin pie in 30 yrs... this couldn’t have turned out more perfect. I finally found the pumpkin pie recipe I was looking for. Thank you.

@Isabella Garcia yes I did use nutmeg but I didn’t use the ground cloves. Instead I used this pumpkin pie spice that should be found in the spice section and I think that really added to the taste. If you’re willing to go out and buy it that’s good but if not you can try with the cinnamon. Either way I think it’s gonna come out good. Good luck!

2022 still my go to recipe

This was the first pumpkin pie I had made and I hadn't made any other pie before. I absolutely loved it and my whole family though it was great. Although, instead of using the whole can condensed milk i used 1/2 and that gave it the perfect amount of sweetness!

This will be my third year in a row making this pie recipe! I skipped out on making the homemade pie crust and bought two premade store-bought pie crust but filled with this filling.. absolutely amazing n Delicious and most importantly so easy!

I have watched this video pretty much every time I want to make pumpkin pie and it turns out great. I have even done this crust recipe for a sweet potato pie. For anyone wanting an even healthier or gluten free version, I’ve used sugar substitute monkfruit erythritol, evaporated milk(which is sugar free), and almond flour instead of white flour. It tasted just as delicious but the flour does turn out a little wet. But we didn’t mind that so much. It was still pretty well put together.

Hey! Thanks a lot for this vid! I had the odds stacked against me. Dad. Never baked. Useless cook. Demanding kids. I used this vid. Everyone LOVES the pumpkin pie. I prefer to bake a pumpkin first in small pieces and then blend it for puree.

I been using this recipe for years it always come out perfect , i just use my own recipe for the dough 😊

Great recipe I have done it more then 5 time's and it has turned out great, depending on the butter you use it really tie's in with how the crust taste's. Also if you don't have nutmeg you can use vanilla extract 1TSP. Come's out great. Thank's =3.

Made this today after going to two grocery stores that didn't have pre-made pies in stock. This was super easy to make (with frozen pie crust) and was super delicious. Kids had two slices! Thanks for sharing this easy and very yummy recipe.

I made it and the only thing I changed was my own pumpkin spice mix (1tsp). I think my pie dish was slightly bigger than yours so my crust didn’t come all the way up like yours so I would tell others to be mindful of their pie dish sizes, probably adding more flour can help. Other than that, It’s perfect!! I highly recommend this recipe!

How much butter do we use for this ? Half a cup ? Idk what she means by a stick of butter they come in 4 sticks or the big whole stick
