    @@indirashaktikumar6033 Jawar is not finger Millets. It is Sorghum. I use Jawar, finger Millets, little millets.

    I think your jowar atta has some wheat flower pre mixed in it. No way this bread can turnnout this soft. Ive tried jowar bread. It becomes brittle.

    Hi there is no wheat in it . It depends a lot on how you knead your dough , the proofing.

    Did you know by just adding 1/4 tean of powdered ginger to your bread can make a huge difference. The yeast will activate faster, and it can help your bread last longer!
