Joey is one of the most natural funny dudes around. He has a comic art of telling stories and gets Rogan giggling like a school girl climbing a gun rope.

I went there for a side job to lay fiberoptic 14 years ago. They had Town Marshals too. Cah REEEPY! Every adult male would watch us with Binos and the Marshals shadowed us for two days.
