A lot of times when children are seriously injured or ill, the parents dote on them to the point of spoiling them. I saw this happen in my own family. Some children can handle it but it seems it affected Hunter to a great degree. Drug issues, marital problems. Luckily for him, he has a loving supportive father, unlike Trump. Trump was not ill, but he had a father who gave him everything but his self-esteem.

An interesting story there is that Eleanor Roosevelt and FDR were actually fifth cousins (I think once removed/added). Her surname was already Roosevelt before she married, and she was Teddy Roosevelt's niece. I agree, I would love to see that family tree charted out.

Rather sloppy not to have found any ancestors of Edward (Francis) Blewitt when you could have gone to Wikipedia and read that he "was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, to Patrick and Catherine (Scanlon) Blewitt, who were emigrants from Ballina, County Mayo, Ireland." Or do you disagree with that statement?

Also, Wikipedia names Blewitt's wife, Mary Ellen Stanton.

He has family roots from county Mayo in Ireland and they were Catholic .

So every US President is required to have at least one Irish ancestor?

Trump had no Irish ancestors, his father was of pure German descent and his mother was Scottish.

@Oliver Kuiz It would be very difficult for him to do that if your father is just a regular citizen because all information about him would be private. It would be much easier if you did the research yourself through talking with relatives or getting on ancestry or Geni. Both of which cost a little bit of money to do research but I have accounts on both and will tell you that they are worth it if your interested. I would recommend getting a DNA kit with Ancestry and using it to start your research, I now have a tree with over 900 of my relatives on it.

I know nobody reads it but i still wanna say it. One of english ancestors of Joe Biden was married to woman named "Małgorzata Cieszyńska" - that woman was a daughter of "Przemysław Noszak". Noszak was a Silesian Piast, ancestors of Silesian Piasts are Piasts, so also Mieszko the First, first king od Poland, who created Poland as a country and christianize it in 966. It is clear that Joe Biden is (in a very, very small percentage) a descendant of early medieval former of Poland.

You mention the controversies as though they are legitimate but barely spend any time going over the evidence that discredits them. The laptop story has been mostly debunked by now. This attempt at fairness doesn't go very far into exposing the truth.

It's interesting that Joe Biden's father's name is Joe Biden Sr., which makes the current Joe Biden J.B. Jr, but J.B. Jr.'s grandfather was also named Joe Biden, so was Joe Biden Sr. called Joe Biden Jr. at some point and then became a Sr.? I think they missed a great opportunity to use Roman numerals after their names.

I know a lot of people are saying things about Hunter dating his brother’s widow, and I get it. It’s weird. I had the same reaction, but after having my dad die, I can *sort of* understand Hunter. People grieve in different ways. Hunter lost his brother. Hallie lost her husband. Maybe during their grief, they sought each other as anchors and then things escalated as they got close. The human brain is weird and when you bond with someone over loss, it’s a powerful thing that can lead to a lot of emotions and sometimes those emotions get weird. Of all the critique one can give to Hunter, I don’t think this is one of them and he deserves a pass for it. Is it weird? Yes, especially for their children who are cousins. But as I said, the brain is weird during grief.

yea thanks for being rational. As someone that has above average memory, I think I remember hearing of a specific condition that related to these types of tragedies. Still find it weird, but very explainable imo
