As an active gym goer. I had no clue that my lack of recovery was due to my intense coffee intake. The level of insomnia that I had to deal with over the years were absolutely unbearable. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed some of the benefits of coffee as mentioned in this video. Mainly, "The suppression of appetite and massive increase in strength /energy levels. However I would never prioritize a coffee over my sleep, as it could have been very detrimental to my overall health. So I had to quit!! Nonetheless, I still miss that massive aroma!

Try combining half decade and half regular strength when brewing, this should help any symptoms/side effects. You can also adjust varying amounts of caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee, according to your body’s reaction. Try not to drink coffee after 3:00PM. I can drink it much later without experiencing side effects…including insomnia. Yet, my brother cannot tolerate any amount of coffee, so I looked into Green and Black Tea, as well as, other caffeinated options on his behalf. Strangely, I discovered my brother is able to drink Green and Black Tea…yet…I cannot touch Green Tea without experiencing severe side effects…ranging from migraine headaches, nausea/vomiting, and severe joint pain - to name a few. Scientific research has demonstrated coffee to be effective in preventing multiple diseases…Alzheimer’s, Chronic Constipation, and Colon Cancer, among many others. Cheers!🇨🇦☺🇨🇦

Yuck, black coffee is better. If your coffee is of good quality it will taste nice without creamer, sugar and all that unhealthy crap you put in it.
It also narrows and stiffens your veins/arteries, its a dehydrant so it dehydrates your body tissues. my friend was addicted to it, eventually his bladder/kidneys failed due to the avalanche of acid they were swimming in all the time, and he died in his late 40s.

Late coffee drinker
I always have 2 -3 cups a day as I know it’s good for you
I drank instant coffee daily for more than 3 years straight. Every day, I drink a minimum of one cup of coffee but it can get up to four cups a day. I quit drinking it February this year and the headache, lethargy, nausea and bodyache that I went through for 2 weeks because of it was enough to make me not touch it anymore. 😅
I love coffee, i look forward to it each morning.
Food industry pay money to promote coffee, because when you drink coffee, you need to put sugar, sugar have addicted effects, and it will cause you eat and drink more sweet food like Red bull, Coca cola…

If and when you develop an 'adult' taste, proper coffee needs no sweetener.

I always drink it black.
going for a cofee now 🤣
I quit coffee for 3 months this year. I definitely would feel some of the same annoyances as I normally do, but my impulsivity to act on those annoyances went WAY down.
Coffee literally keeps me working!
I'm drinking coffee while watching a video about drinking coffee. 😇

Caffeine increases dopamine levels, which may help with ADHD.

one big reason is caffeine withdrawal (which you experience each day unless you have caffeine or quit). That causes ADHD type symptoms. You think you're getting relief from ADHD, but you're in fact just alleviating the withdrawal process. ADHD is an issue with the dopaminergic system and caffeine messes with that. The fix is actually no drugs whatsoever (including caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, weed) and a ketogenic/carnivore diet. It regulates brain function. Sugar and ultra-processed foods can also cause over-excitation triggering ADHD, just like drugs can.

@@deem7718 yes but unfortunately it puts you on a rollercoaster, and the lows become even lower. Its not a fix, its a bandaid . You really have to fix the root of the problem to get anywhere.

@@KK-lg8uz Agreed!
I quit drinking coffee 8 year ago. Totally worth it. So much energy when you stay coffee free long term, you wouldn’t imagine.
The first place to brew coffee was a small town in the NorthWest of Somalia Zaila, not Yemen.
