Guest questioners in the studio included Jordan & Peter Andre and David Tennant. There were also recorded questions by several celebrities including Richard and Judy, Charlotte Church, Cameron Diaz, Toni Collette, Derren Brown and Kevin Pietersen. The mystery guests were Walter Wolfgang and a woman genuinely named Sue Doku. This year's quiz saw the debut of Jon Snow giving fake news stories based on song lyrics, with "I Predict A Riot" and "Crazy Chick". The children of Mitchell Brook Primary School acted out the birth of David and Victoria Beckham's third child and Jacques Chirac insulting British food on the eve of the G8 Summit.

Live 8 was July 2005, so there you have it.
Crikey, between Sharon Osborne, Jimmy Carr, Gordon Ramsay & Rob Brydon's hair, I'd love to know the collective total spent on cosmetic surgery by this panel from 2005 to date.

Then the amount of tax paid 😋
We all had such high hopes for LOST
Interesting how the question on the Wiz of Oz shoes being stolen is on here today as yesterday they announced they finally charged someone with the theft.

came here to say this! and sounds like it was a neighbor in financial trouble, sadly, much better story if it had been a crazed fan
The fact that this is 2005 is crazy to me

Did anyone else immediately think “TARDIS with the emergency brake on”?
Love this show
Looking back, the early 2000s seem so bland and unremarkable compared to earlier and later periods. It was the calm before the storm.
I love Velvet Revolver! RIP Scott
Thanks.

I think people would be a lot more respectful of the press if they went around in groups dressed like funeral directors chanting "we are telly, we are telly" in a creepy monotone. Respectful, or at least fearful.

I think they actually said "we are telling". Not sure if it's a British-only thing, but it's what young children say when they're gonna get a friend in trouble by telling a teacher what they've done

@@esquilax5563 We say it here in Australia as well, and you may very well be right, but I'm going to ignore that because I prefer the image of a creepy gothic media hivemind.
It really isn't talked about just HOW MUCH of the Live Aid money went to Warlords and Despots. Us Brits just go "Yea....but we did them a song" and move on 🤣

not to mention the whole idea in the first place of just throwing some money at structural policy problems largely of our own making and calling it a day...
Non sequitur: Does Jonathan Ross have the most beautiful eyes in the world or not?

He definitely has beautiful eyes. They're kind and warm looking, too!
I wonder what spurred Jimmy to enhance his looks. I,m too lazy to fix this aging face.
Is this from Brit telly? Or is this from Internet? America would never be so crass on TV. I feel cheated.
@moriane.

Yeah, it's on Brit telly, channel 4.
If America were a grownup country, we could have great shows such as the Big Fat Quiz.
