The whole 'revenge on bitches later in life' really puts a lot of things in perspective when I think about all the angry people I've met/seen.

It really is healing some part of my damaged emotions to hear these horror stories. Makes my own embarrassing shit seem much less

It never ceases to amaze me how weird they get when you snap out of it and cut them off. They act as weird as they would claim you're being if the roles were reversed. I had this chick treating me like "good friend" without me even realizing it. And the reason I DIDNT realize it is because I had no interest in her. She was just a chick I thought she was KINDA cool and we'd vent about jokes and roast co-workers and goofy shit like that. The truth is that I felt bad for her in the sense that she is the PERFECT example of one of those chicks who were just REALLY pretty when she was young, so she never had to learn to be interesting or hold a conversation with a man. And on top of that, she still is holding out for this weird imaginary 6 figure super model. And she is a single mom who gained weight and is nowhere near what she used to be. I'd hear repeatedly about guys ghosting her and she wouldn't catch on that its because of her insane demands and ridiculous standards- like the guy has to be religious and can't even just be a guy who has kids, like SHE does. Please understand that I am not saying this to insult or put her down. But it's a reality. And the reality is that I can recognize that in her and it would make me feel bad at the things that she'd find exciting. Like corny middle aged mom shit. So when I became friends with her, it's because I just felt she needed to crack jokes and lighten up and stop taking herself so serious. And THAT is what I thought was happening. She enjoyed having the work vent/work gossip type of friend. But one day I caught on that when we'd hang out with our mutual friends, like at parties or baby showers and stuff like that, she would not acknowledge me or talk to me while we're around our friends. I didn't even think much of it at first to be honest, because I initially chalked it up to us not haven seen our friends since the lockdowns. But then after a few gatherings I caught on to the pattern. When we're at the functions, she's drinking and dirty dancing with guys. I don't think much of it. They are our friends and ... well, whatever. I don't look at her that way. So eventually I invite her over one day to my place catch up on Marvel movies, as we talked about them. I felt bad because of personal things happening in my family right now, I haven't been able to speak to her much or as much as I used to. So I just wanted to cook and invite her over for a quick visit as a good will gesture. I legit felt guilty as if I was neglecting an old friend. And I was cooking anyway, but I offered her drinks and if she wanted to partake in some infused gummies I had. And the way she responded made it click for me and something about it annoyed the living shit out of me. Because it had this tone that people use when they cut off a persistent admirer. And it made me feel dirty lmao for real. Something about that shit set me off. She said that I could visit her at HER house since it's an "non drug and alcohol" place. This dumbass was always texting me about drinking at home after work. THAT is what pissed me off. As if my home was some place of ill repute. Or some Chinese heroin, gambling, and Russian roulette den. That is why you can't even be hospitable to people. I just said to hell with it and invited some of our coworkers to share in the food. She then complained that she never gets invited to anything. I've just cut her off completely and ignore the texts.

yeah its weird how the trajectory is for most dudes....they start out being the textbook good guy...and after a number of years of frustration...they get pissed...turn into an asshole and start having much better luck with women. I think all normal dudes...have that one female friend that messed them up for a bit. Just that one they always wanted but couldn't have. now for the guys who get the girls early as in highschool...its the exact opposite...they peak early....lose it, get blown out by their mid to late 20's and then they turn into bitches...its so weird.
