    That is exactly what should happen at wrestlemania next year in LA. Roman has defeated just about everybody on the roster and there’s three people that I believe could legitimately take the title off of him. The first one obviously is Cody Rhodes The second one would be Carrion Kross, and the third one is edge. This is my opinion where it would be realistic if these three people will take the title from him.

    I think there are parts of Jim that's pretty divisive, but he always comes out with something right on the money that I simply can't disagree with. Exactly. His mind doesn't really adapt to the way wrestling changes but the critiques he has for wrestlers and the product overall do make a ton of sense. • @SefniAsheforr

    @SefniAsheforr

    Жыл бұрын

    Adapting with the times isn't always right if said changes are for the worse and continuously regressing the industry/art form. Wrestling has been scraping away every last element that made it so successful in the past. It has sacrificed any semblance of kayfabe, selling, learning the fundamentals of the ring, saying more with less, not relying on constant gimmick matches, knowing when to use certain things sparingly to compliment an angle or match (like blood), and simple sports based fueds. It's become an absolute cluster fuck of different styles, stipulations, rules, and attitudes that have all made it incomprehensible to majority of people. The only ones who love it now are usually marks for anything, or loyalists that convince themselves that they have to defend anything their preferred company does. The one that annoys me the most are the people who will call any promo amazing if the person just yells a lot and feigns passion, even if if makes no sense in the context of the angle. Like when Hangman went into business for himself self and completely rambled and whined his angle into nonsense. It took away from their fued as it was building, and inserted all this completely random, irrelevant shit from left field. Not to mention that Page is a terrible promo. Yet, people were losing their minds and calling it amazing. Wrestling will never be better if we just roll over, accept bad changes to it, and call people petty and out of touch for criticizing it.

Currently, they aren't profitable but increasing their net worth. If their video game becomes a hit (which I sincerely hope) they might even be profitable this year (or next year depending on when it actually releases). Ratings as in viewer draw. More people have always watched Omega. The matches have always been bigger by name example being Okada. That has an opportunity change now with Cody being where he is but as I'd now it hasn't.

    Interesting how Cornette thinks calling Omega Kenny Olivier is an insult. He's comparing him to one of the greatest actors of all time, far from an insult lol. Always funny how far out of touch Corny is, he still thinks it's 1985 haha. He shits on indie wrestling yet some of the best wrestlers on the planet are indie wrestlers. There's a reason no promotion, indie or otherwise will touch him

    Maybe it's because he reviews the shows they are in and is asked about them by many different people? Let me ask you this: Why is Cornette always on the "Elite's" mind when they don't listen to his podcast? (Or at least pretend not to)

    The issue at hand is this : Cody believes he is bigger, more agile, smarter, better talker, more reproductively endowed, better at board games, his car is faster and shinier, than his Daddy's, brother's, or any person in the business for the last 57 1/2 years, when in truth, he is the guy that LOSES to Tito Santana, 1,2,3 kid, & Tugboat every week in under 10 minutes on the "opening match" of Sunday Night Heat !!!!!
