Shallot 乾蔥 60g

Light Soy Sauce 生抽 35g
Granulated sugar 白砂糖 5g

Tai San, many Hong Kong 🇭🇰 households use corn 🌽 oil, which is most unhealthy 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼! The best oils to use are either Virgin Olive Oil or Avocado 🥑 oil. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
