This is a great summer recipe. Perfect for the hot weather. This recipe is also a good business idea. It does not require a lot of ingredients. No oven needed. No special equipments required. This is also fun to make. An activity you can make with kids. Create your own combinations using different flavors of jelly gulaman and fruits. Let your imagination run wild! And don't forget the sago! Everyone loves sago and it is cheap so it is a good extender. If you find it tedious to make 3 layers of the jelly gulaman, you can stick with just one color. It will still be just as good! Go grab your aprons and head to the kitchen now!
