390 - 400 grams or about 1 1/2 cups.

I have not tried this recipe with cassava flour so I can not say for sure. I do have another recipe cassava kropeck coming out this year.

Hi chef Rose, if I’m gonna bake this in just one round pan, what size should I use? What temp and how long? Also for half recipe, what size of round pan, temp and how long is the baking time. Thank you 😊
1 recipe, use a 10"x3" round baking pan. Hald recipe use 8"x3" round baking pan. Same temperature. Baking time approximately 45-60 mins for 1 recipe and 35-45 minutes for 1/2 recipe.
When you say full cream milk, do you mean whole milk? or Cream?

Sorry but you can't bake this because it won't be a puto anymore and there is too much baking powder in the recipe (steaming requires more leavening agent than baking).

Chef..You forgot to mention po the baking time and temperature
Temp for crust is 375F. It is in the video time stamped at 7:15. For the custard use a lower temp about 320F. Thank you for watching!

Can you use a mango paste or purse for the Mango Flavor or should it be an extract?
I am not familiar with mango paste so I can’t answer that.
Hello Chef Rose! This recipe is a sure hit! The dough is very delicious and my kids loved it. I do have a question though, how do you store the masi?
In the refrigerator though it will harden. They are usually best eaten fresh and do not keep well.

You can but it will be bland. Flavor comes from the chicken fat.
