One of the physical benefits is to bring down inflammation throughout the body after a big session, and the mental strength element is huge as well.
He isn't aging well. He looks a helluva older than his age.

@@revheadstv2760 He's 43 and he looks 12 years older or more. I was shocked. I wasn't talking about his physique, although not much amazing about it as it's pretty standard, but his face - it's prematurely haggard. I don't know where you live, but the people must age fast and hard there. I am older than him, by quite a few years, and he looks a lot older than me.

@@hilaryc3203 I can see what you mean if you are talking about his face, could be due to him being extremely lean for this movie role, when you get as lean as he was for this movie they call it the “death face” which is when you lose all the fat on your face and it could make you look older

@@revheadstv2760 Before coming to my conclusion I looked at some recent clips of him in interviews, relaxing..and my opinion remains the same. He is aging quickly.
