Hello very interesting to watch you building your panel. Did you consider using the old panel as a drilling template and then weld new captive nuts onto the back? rather than cut your new panel up.

Yes I would have done that but I just didn't have any new imperial captive nuts at that time

@@jackweldingspecialist It all turned out just as good in the end. There are always many ways to do a job if you adapt and think outside the box.
just grind the nuts off weld to new panel
