Jackery Explorer 300: Here's Why I'm SENDING IT BACK!
#Jackery #JackeryExplorer300 #GoalZero
I purchased my first portable power station, the Jackery Explorer 300, online and was stoked to get it. After unboxing and charging for the first time, I set it on my desk. The next time I went to use it, it had discharged itself completely. I knew there was a problem with the unit at this point so I contacted Jackery. The customer service, I feel, was very good and very helpful. They made it right and sent me a new Explorer 300.

Just got the 300 and it’s been very helpful right out of the box. Jackery products and customer service are the reason they’re #1 in the game. Can’t say for the longevity of the product but if it lasts as long as it should I’ll be a Jackery customer for life.

I bought a jackery 240 about 3 weeks ago and I've noticed something that I may just be overthinking about, and I'm trying to get other owners of the 240's opinion. I've noticed that when watching videos here on KZread that on some units, even like the 500 and 300 when you plug in charger to charge that the light is blue when charging and turns green when done. I've never saw a detailed video on the 240 to see if it acts the same when its done charging. Mine never turns green. It will charge up to 100% and the watts will taper down, slowly going to zero and the charger box even gets cold, from not pushing out anymore power, but the light never turns green, it always stays blue. The unit seems to function fine, and I even left it plugged up for like 12 hours just to make sure, but it never changes to green, it stays blue. Can anyone else who owns a 240 confirm if theirs stays blue or does turn green? Like I say, any other time I wouldn't think anything of it, but it's got me questioning why the 240 stays blue but the other units turn green when done

This is my assessment of the conclusion of this video since I know what 1Road dude would have done. He tried the new power cord on the old Jackery (WHO WOULDN'T) and it worked. Now he has 2 working Jackerys. Had he done this on video, I am assuming he would have had to return one. Never know what kind of Jackery goes on behind the scenes.

Hey there! I watched the video titled "Solar Generator" and it seems like the Segway Portable PowerStation Cube Series would be a great addition for outdoor enthusiasts like us. With its massive capacity, fast recharging, and waterproof design, it's definitely worth considering for extended outdoor trips. Plus, the ability to monitor power usage through the app is pretty cool. Thanks for sharing this recommendation!

Now all you need is a fold out dashboard solar panel to charge the Jackery and you really got something there, depending on if the first Jackery's problem was an isolated issue. If they didn't ask you to send it back I'd have to question Jackery's commitment to quality though. They should have asked for it back for forensic examination so they can employ preventative actions.

If it is a Sony compact camera you have, it probably has a mini USB port so you can charge the battery without removing it from the camera. You just plug in the camera itself to charge the battery. You can also run the camera with a powerbank attached to it if you don't remove the battery (a small one or the Jackery). I have a Sony compact camera. Their batteries are very bad. I can't believe that they are selling so bad batteries with quite expensive compact cameras. I now have to have a power bank hanging from the camera if I want to take more than a few photos with it.

Just saw this video. The fact that the Jackery didn’t have any charge when you received it is a red flag. I have 4 power stations made by 3 different companies. All of them have arrived partially charged. I know a number of power station owners and their stations have always been partially charged. At first I thought that maybe the ac switch had been activated because the ac inverter has a small power drain even when it is not charging anything, but you demonstrated that was not the case. Good for Jackery for offering you a replacement or a refund. Jackery has also been converting their power stations from lithium ion battlers to lithium iron phosphate batteries. They are slightly heavier but they are safer and they offer far more full charging cycles than standard lithium ion batteries. (I am also a new subscriber.)
