In italian "noia" means "boredom". It's italian, non catalan.

Angelina comes from a family of musicians and has been singing and studying music since she was a little girl, her brother Filippo is a drummer and collaborates with her in both developing music and playing drums in her band (as in the YT Eurovision bideo of "Fila indiana") her parents are Mango and Laura Valente, him singer and author, her one of the singers for Matia Bazar band, both very popular in Italy from the 80s and on, the song is co- written with Madame and produced by Dardust, and is autobiographical: the meaning of the song is to "dance eith a crown of thorns" as not been overwhelmed by negative facts of life but learn and grow through them and enjoy Life so boredom is not as lack of fun but more as depression or anxiety. The song is inspired by her real life events as a teen, she comes from a 5000 people village in South of Italy where after her father death (10 years ago while performing on stage and in front of her) everybody expected her to be sad and defeated. At that time a lot of fake people approached them more because of mere curiosity for popular people rather than true friendship (as explained again un the song Fila indiana) so much so that the whole family moved to Milan and this explains part of the lyrics which you might want to check out... personally I find them interesting and quite unique considering the most frequent subject for pop.songs is love and heartbreak, existential anger etc

3:39 It's actually the other way around: the artists record the original track, give it to the Artistic Director of Sanremo, if he/she likes it admits the artists (and the song, of course) to the Festival and then they MUST change the arrangement for the Orchestra; that's why they also have to chose a conductor: to let him/her rearrange the song specifically for Sanremo. At the Radio you will always listen to the original track though.

Brave indeed! She comes out of that acapella at 6:51 and jumps up an entire octave in one note (the last time she sings the chorus she starts it on the root, up.) I hope in the final she does the performance JUST LIKE THIS!
I’ve seen so many live performances by now and the acapella part is always perfect. Actually, i think that the one from this sanremo clip is the only one in which she seams to have just a tiny little trouble with her voice when she says "gioie più grandi" But all the other performances in sanremo, on different shows and at the pre paries were just flawless! She even changes that parst sometimes so that it doesen’t sound the same all the time. I’m soooo excited to see her performance at eurovision 🤩

I was waiting for your review. She's my number two after Lithuania. I'm just a Silvestras Beltė stan now, 😊 even if her song is probably better than his. But his video the wood section of a Lithuanian orchestra was just oufff and "Luktelk" is in my head nonstop. Am waiting eagerly for your review on that. Yes, Angelina is really feeling the song. Her parents are famous Italian artists. Her Dad was a famous singer and died of a heart attack during a live performance. Angelina and her family were there... So she speaks about trauma in the song too... And yes: her long a-capella singing is amazing. And she has always hit the notes and ley during the pre-party. She's 23 but a pro 200%.

The video tells the story of a guy who pretends to be a music expert and can't put two notes in a row on a keyboard put there for beauty. The guy is ridiculous even when with the PC keyboard he try to translate an Italian song from Catalan, then he clumsily misunderstands the meaning of the Song. The guy continues to issue superficial judgments on the vocal characteristics of previous Italian (or Catalan?) singers: Mengoni is laughing out loud! I'm confused, the Catalan girl came!
