Unfortunately you are the minority but you are on the right track.I've lived in the US for 60 years and until recently have always looked at blacks favorably. But, recently I can't feel that way anymore. This liberal thinking and attitude has destroyed that. I thought we were all making "natural" progress but lately we have retrogressed and sadly enough I feel it is the black community closely followed -- or instigated -- by white liberals who cannot stop yelling "racist" for any occasion.

Seriously, I think it’s pretty dam obvious, I’m talking about white Brits, in response to this conversation, but the fact you’ve made the comment you have shows me that you are part of the problem. I also hold exact the same opinion when talking about people who continuously attack people of Muslim heritage, people who continuously label any Muslims as all being racists, homophobic or terrorists, even though the vast majority of Muslims who live in Britain, are as tolerant as anyone else. Equally, I also hold the opinion against anyone who is white, who has a problem with the diversity within our country, a country which is one of the most diverse countries on the planet, for both colour of skin and religion and the country that when it had all the power and actually ruled the world, used that power to end slavery for everyone BY FORCE. Yet for some reason, we continually here uneducated and racist people today, people who have a genuine life a privilege, continually playing the victim, blaming other people for everything that’s wrong in their life, rather than actually taking some accountability. I detest bigotry in all its forms; Racism is not a black person problem, it’s a humanitarian problem and whilst we constantly keep dividing ourselves further, based on the colour of our skin, we are never going to fix the problem. We need to unite together, stop point-scoring the atrocities which our ancestors committed, atrocities which no one alive today had any hand in and actually move forward as one.

I am so fed up with our country. For the first time ever in my many decades i was loudly called a racist last week. Why? Because i told off a healthy guy, who i watched doing his shopping on the run, for parking, without a badge in a disabled bay. I myself am disabled and had to walk a lot further because of him. Oh wow these two ladies made ABSOLUTELY no sense. I am a brown woman and I feel extremely sick with people using racist card for any injustice stupid reasons. I am part black and have experienced real racism in my life. There was nothing whatsoever racist about who was on the balcony. Truth is, even if the entire coronation didn't have a single black person in it it wouldn't have been "proof" of racism. People are, or should be free to invite whoever they want to invite to their own events. It's a free world. You can't force people to love one another and accusing people of racism who aren't racist, and would never purposely harm someone of color, isn't helping anything. Racism is purposely condemning and controlling people just for the color of their skin and that is exactly what these people are doing. They are trying to control the king, tell him who he can or can't have on his own balcony for his own coronation just because he's white and has a white family. He bent over backward to include people of color in the coronation and still it's not enough for these radical racists. The truth is these guests of yours, Piers, have never experienced real racism or they wouldn't be acting like such racists. It goes both ways and has to be called out when people lose their common decency and act like this. Good job, Piers!

If you look carefully at that balcony image you will notice there are no Asians, Middle Eastern or Indian people on the balcony, yet none of those are complaining why wasn't I invited to stand on that balcony.

Yes, the RF are white and so what as also others countries maybe all black, chinese etc. You cannot force white people to marry a black person anymore than a black marrying a white. When I travelled to Africa I didn't say to the people 'it's very black here, lack of whites'. It's absurd that some people get delight in causing trouble. People marry those they love, colour etc does not come into it.

It's not mandatory to color your building in colors that others like. If we would've complained that people of black royalty across the world are not painted white, people would've criticized the heck of it. I'm so sick of this one sided, constant victimhood infused behavior from such delusional people.

The page boys and the honorary attendants were not originally invited to be on the balony. The decision was made minutes before to doors to the balcony opened. Charles and Camilla were still wearing their heavy robes and needed assistance to get on and and off the balcony. Apparently the page boys were VERY excited to be on the balcony after all their flawless hardwork during the day. Well done boys!

Absolutely. I wasn't privy to this information but from watching them I noticed that the boys were there essentially to help them with their garments. Regarding these two ladies, the world is going mad. It's crazy making nonsense . Next they will be saying we have to use gender neutral pronouns to describe them as "he " or "she " is derogatory to people who don't identify as either.
