    Izzy is a petty and gross person and there are plenty of examples. There are far worse people in the world but a glimpse at his pettiness is how he held anger against a child ridiculing him. He molests his dogs is another example of how gross he is as a person. The list goes on. As a fighter he's entertaining maybe one out of four fights at best but as a person I wouldn't want him to even know I exist. So far he doesn't so I'm happy about that one.

Another statement is losing to someone three times and winning once and then saying that you have brought the rivalry to an end is a ridiculous statement based on how you want to argue. Using your argument that we ignore two fights then they are tied but according to Israel the series is over and he won. He is wrong. Fact. As you said they are one and one in the UFC. They are tied if we only look at UFC matches. But lets be real,those last two fights in the UFC were 99% still kickboxing matches. We NEED a Sean O'malley review after his title fight, the theme being betting on yourself. From being his own promoter to the hair and the fashion, taking a fight with the scariest man at 135 and going to WAR. On that night he proved he was more than a social media hype train, no matter who you thought won he showed who he really was that fight, a warrior. He talked his talk and he backed it up. He believes in himself and it's paying off. I'd love to see a vid like this.

    Adesanya is one of the greatest champs of this age in MMA. Once this man retires, he will be surely missed. The guy is great in the cage, great on the mic and has a great championship mindset. He may not be liked by many MMA fans but they love to talk about him. I think of Mike Tyson or Muhammad Ali, who were hated as champs but when they step away, they have been revered by fans of the sports.

    Adesanya will never be close to being remembered like Mike and Ali... I don't think he's great on the mic, great striker, plays it safe. Smart but his fights do often lack in excitement.

    All those casuals get the comment wrong. He didn't say he will be a legend like Tyson or Ali. He said Izzy is hated like both in their career but after their career people started to appreciate them.

  • @NicolaMaxwell

    @NicolaMaxwell

    @@germanboy14 Why on earth would that make someone a casual? That makes zero sense 🤣 Adesanya is never going to be appreciated even slightly like those guys. GSP was thought of as boring in the early days, DC too. People can appreciate his smart striking but I don't think he will be remembered as one of the greats even of this lackluster "age"

  • @xftbllplyr2091

    @@NicolaMaxwell Every UFC champ is appreciated after they leave the sport? Tell me one that isn’t. Also every dominant UFC champ is appreciated after they leave the sport? Tell me one who isn’t. But for some reason in your mind, you think that the most dominant champ outside of Jones in present day UFC will not be appreciated and revered is just silly. People crapped on GSP when he was fighting. You said he was boring in his early years. No he was finishing people in his early years, but he started to play safe in his later later years as a champion. He got his big fights in Canada, missed weight, got caught greasing, ducked a fight with Silva and at the time he beat a fan favorite Matt Hughes. Once GSP left the sport, even people started to call him the GOAT and appreciated him. But it’s the tale of time, fans are always nostalgic. I’ve been following MMA since UFC 1 (which it really wasn’t MMA then). Legends like Shamrock, Royce Gracie, Dan Severn were the standard and fans didn’t think that Silva, Liddell, or even GSP held a candle to them. 10 years from now the old legends will be replaced by newer legends. And Adesanya will be a newer legend 10 years from now.

    Izzy's ability to focus at the task ahead is extraordinary, being able to put himself together after 3rd lost is an Anime level stuff. Izzy literally handle the lost like Champion. Plenty of fighters were destroyed by a lost, but not Izzy. *C o n o r* And finally, able to defeat Alex in spectacular fashion is a Hollywood movie material. Real life Rocky Balboa. 20:44 Undefeated, Undisputed, Never lost a round, HW, LHW & Middleweight UFC Triple Champion, Chael P. Sonnen.
