Magnesium benefits for women and men. This is my story of what happened to me using magnesium oil everyday for 3+ years, and why I decided I had to do that. Nearly all of us are short on magnesium. Magnesium is critical and offers major wide ranging benefits for men and women.
I still apply magnesium chloride oil everyday - it has helped alleviate many problems for me and I feel so much better for it. In this video I explain why I do it and how it has changed my health for the better. Including no more headaches or migraines, now I know I know how to stop cramps. It is also good for pain relief and much more as you will read below.

Excerpt From the book:
Magnesium
- a key to unlock many locks
Magnesium is VITAL for cellular health. It is worth reading up on this amazing mineral and then making sure you have enough available to you. I have read that to 1300 enzyme reactions rely on it, and I have read that is 325 reactions.
Research indicates that up to 80% of people are magnesium deficient.
Start immediately with magnesium oil (magnesium chloride and water 50/50) applied to your skin. You don’t have to buy it ready mixed, buy a big bag on eBay and dilute it with filtered water and save yourself a fortune. Soak yourself in it every day. This is the fastest way to replenish your magnesium levels. Even with this, it could take 3-4 months or longer to get levels back up to normal levels. (If you have problems with kidney function take some medical advice from someone who really understands magnesium properly.) You should pay attention to getting plenty of vitamins B6 and D.
I have read in many places it can help in cases like ADHD and autism
Here is a list of some of the common symptoms that are results of low magnesium levels.
• Muscle cramps or twitches **
• Insomnia
• Irritability
• Sensitivity to loud noises **
• Anxiety **
• Autism
• ADD
• Palpitations **
• Angina
• Constipation
• Anal spasms **
• Headaches **
• Migraines **
• Fibromyalgia
• Chronic fatigue
• Asthma
• Kidney stones
• Diabetes
• Obesity
• Osteoporosis
• High blood pressure
• PMS
• Menstrual cramps
• Irritable bladder
• Irritable bowel syndrome
• Reflux **
• Trouble swallowing **
Magnesium deficiency has even has been linked to inflammation in the body and higher CRP levels.
MAGNESIUM DEFICIENCY IN THE PATHOGENESIS OF DISEASE
www.mgwater.com/Seelig/Magnesi...
As you read up about magnesium you can start to understand that many of the health problems we experience not just because we are short of magnesium and a large number of reactions it’s involved with, but also because I believe that calcification throughout the body is causing many of the health problems people are having. Adequate magnesium can counteract this.
Calcium is used to contract muscles, magnesium to relax them.

I’ve been on the mag oil rub for several yrs now and read dr Sircus’s book, Magnesium Transdermal book, I’ve just started putting baking soda also with the mag in the tub every night now for a week and I can say it’s a game changer and I’ll never stop. I was born w a heart condition and the electrolytes are a major in therapy for me tho the professionals claim it to be only a minute part for therapy. Minerals are more important than your vitamins tho they too are important. Changing your diet helps. I know the itchy part..and it never lets up for me that’s why I do the bath nightly or else I’d be insane dealing with the “fiberglass” itch, and fiberglass is exactly what it feels like. Drives me bonkers. I do add in now and then, the mag taurate pill during the day and evenings too, when it won’t mess w me. Also the lotion I’ve been applying on some aches and pains. The stuff is moisturizing but I don’t care for the way it feels. I can’t stand how the oil rub feels either if I don’t rinse it off. Gummy feeling. But you’re right on about using magnesium. It is some great stuff and something everyone needs.

I have had magnesium oil for some years now, not using it frequently. But recently, I started to have mouth pain. It was a profound dull ache on the left side of my jaw. I have been dealing with fibromyalgia for almost ten years and this seemed like another place I was beginning to have inflammation in. I was desperate for the pain to stop and to go to sleep. I took the magnesium oil and rubbed a lot in all over my left jaw and some into my neck. Before I knew it, I had fell off asleep and when I awoke my pain was gone. I fell asleep so fast, I don't remember the pain even subsiding. I've since decided to use it several times a day from now on to see if the lack of magnesium is what has been causing my fibromyalgia all these years. Since I've been using it regularly, I stopped waking up with headaches which was becoming quite common and quite annoying. I was having heart palpitations and those are less and less. I am sleeping more soundly and waking up feeling more rested. I hope it only gets better and better from here.

Hey Adrian, I don’t know if it’s just me or what, but I applied a generous amount to my feet last night, In hopes of correcting my ongoing arrhythmia and anxiety, which usually serves as a major trigger, and I’ve found that I’ve woken up with a new found sense of clarity! I didn’t wake up with a racing heart as I normally would, and in finding that my tolerance to the anxiety has Increased it’s so strange. I actually felt anxiety coming in, which was due to me overthinking, and it’s like the my heart beat wasn’t speeding up and flipping all over the place, it was suppressed, in a way. One thing that also happened which I find crazy, is for the first time in a LONG time, I woke up with morning wood 😂 I don’t know if that’s attributed to the magnesium but this is something I’m defo gonna keep doing! My symptoms were, muscle stiffness and left arm achiness, spasms around my body, twitches that would happen sporadically, a pounding heart beat, nausea, dizziness, fatigue and arrhythmias and a constant state of fight or flight!

Hot water can dissolve more magnesium crystals than cold water. So, when the hot water and crystals solution cools down, some of the crystals come out of solution. This is not a problem it just shows that solution you have, is a saturated solution i.e the water has dissolved as much magnesium crystals as it can, at that temperature.

You are welcome. If you look into the description you will find the list of symptoms - i starred the ones I remember having. Everyone is different and only your body knows where it needs to use the magnesium first. i applied a LOT every day, still spay about 40% of my body every morning. your body will know what to do and where to use it to put things right in the order you need it. Cant say how long it will take since everyone is different all life situations are different. As fare as cure, i would not say that, as I cognize things magnesium is involved in so many processes and sub processes. The medical model tries to have us believe that symptoms are the disease. I see them as symptoms or highlights that things are not in balance or there are shortages or too much of something, or some kind of toxicity, emr/emf, stress, belief. Correct the cause and the effect naturally go away. As you get things back into balance then your body will no longer display the symptoms.
