my biggest issue is charging time. I'm a big fan of Android but I'm not opposed to switching; I just can't handle the fact that it doesn't use fast-charge. It's something I use all the time, and it's honestly a deal-breaker for me.

Tony Greenman personally for me, the need for fast charging existed because of subpar battery life which is common on most Android phones. Since switching to the 7 Plus, I can confidently say you don't need to charge more than once a day, even if you beat the battery dry daily. Let it charge overnight and problem solved. I'm an extremely heavy user and continue to struggle to rub this thing down daily.

I've been on android for 7 years, the last few I've used the Samsung notes and galaxy s6 edge plus. I recently picked up the s7 and had heating issues with it and reluctantly decided to try the iPhone 7 plus. This is the best phone I've ever had and I don't plan on switching back anytime soon

Random Drunken Serb I was charging it while watching in HD and the phone BARELY got warm. I still call it my exploding phone though. I cannot get over this display though. And SwiftKey's swipe is better than I've ever experienced on any phone I've used in the past six years.

welcome to the stylus life, friend. Here's a free tip: settings > accessibility > Dexterity and Interaction > interaction control. Enable it, and press vol down and home for about a second, and then press the little blue x that shows up. This will disable the navigation buttons until you press volume - home again, making video watching SO much better.

Last time I came this early headphone jacks existed.

the Note 7 is a North Korean time bomb. you have to be very careful with it as they're all set to go off at different times...

He did, it was this video. There is nothing different except a buzzing noise if you use it, an extra camera and the lowest water and dust resistant rating there is. Oh and no headphone jack . . . .

My problem with iPhone generations is that if I buy the 7, when the 7s comes out I'll feel like I have the less refined version of the 7. I rather have the best 7 ... if that makes sense. I cant afford to upgrade every time so that's a big part of the reason.

***** Haha I don't, I live in the Caribbean. The Ex rate here is 1US to 2 BDS or about 1Euro to 2.25 BDS . So that's close to a $1700+ phone... if I import it. If I buy its here I'm prob looking at $2000 which is good enough for a 45 inch 1080p tv.

It's not a dongle lol It's like an adapter but it's small and plugs into your phone easily Look for Unbox Therapy on KZread and check it out on his channel or Flossy Carter

I initially ordered the 7 plus but after a couple days of thinking about I cancelled and reordered the 7. I remember using the 6 plus and it was way too large for my liking. I'm not an avid photographer so the telephoto lens doesn't mean much to me. The 7 is better size liking coming from an se.

why is it that people are scared because Samsung did the right thing by recalling the Note 7 before someone die? I don't know about you, but I can recall many more instances where the iPhone exploded, too. And Apple didn't do anything about it. Samsung realized their mistake and did the right thing, and everyone is saying the Note 7 will kill you and all. I mean, grow the fuck up. I don't like Samsung, but I hate stupid jackasses even more.

I bought an iPhone 7 and got it day one. Didn't think much about it until I saw the jerryrig video where he discussed that the only reason there was no jack was so people wouldn't be pissed for NEXT YEARS phone. Also, no more sapphire camera lens or home button. I just feel cheated now.

SammyT you are obviously a ihater. Don't believe everything you read because you will be as gullible as you sound. Both the fingerprint sensor and camera lens are sapphire. Jerryrig just took off the top coating which was a softer material. andyH_England & Stephen Full Go watch the latest video by jerryrigeverything. You won't be saying much after that. His findings do include Sapphire on Lens but in contaminated form. That is why it has nearly as much scratch resistance as any other Gorilla Glass. Even after this gimmick by Apple, I'm gonna buy Iphone 7 plus for other reasons.

*conclusion: still late , nothing new nothing plus from the market rivals but it's the best iPhone to date if you have this amount of money to waste on it , thanks MrMobile xD*

***** Look. How many people do you think will actually buy Apple's new earpods? Probably the same no. that would've bought it if there was a headphone jack (diehard Apple fans). Removing the headphone jack doesn't necessarily result in a greater profit for Apple, since it actually turned more people away from the phone IMO. The removal actually helped Apple put in a bigger battery and to make it water resistant better. So overall, it wasn't really.

Soham Bapat Im not saying your other points are invalid, but the part about removing the jack to make it water proof is baloney, Samsung made it waterproof without removing it, and it still has a higher water tolerance rating (I forget what the term is called) than the iphone.
