I followed the routine of isha yoga kendra and my life changed ..........thank you Sadguru

I will be 70 years old on Dec8,2020. I have physical shortcomings for example it pains if I squat.but i can do chores.still i am interested to try to be at Isha Center.I am working on my evolvement.-mary😊

Please just go and do it, maybe u can do less physical work than others but u will for sure experience something wonderful in SADHANAPADA 2021, pls don't think so much ,just go and do it , u will love that

Guys we are going through hard times please if you can at least donate 1 dollar to isha foundation which if it fell out of your pocket you wouldn’t be able to bend down to pick it up as they are helping in creating an environmental change

Dont waste your time in Sadhanapada. Work in your own in different places and earn. This is trap , they get 8 - 10 hours of work from you and give food & pathetic stay.

I think the food and stay is good. It is free labour though.

@@anantsurwase2945 Yes i have done pre Sadhanapada volunteering but i did not like it . There is no separate room's for volunteers all have to stay in one single hall. Food is not issue but stay is in pandemic. Also hygiene is not maintained between current volunteers many times they throw their towels, underwear etc on your cloths.

@@vijayapatil3747 I don't think so akka, only if they do something about stay in "pandemic" i could speak of it. Volunteering is hard labour in isha with pathetic stay, Food i don't have any issues. This is my personal experience of 45 days at isha during lockdown.
